Freezer door stopped opening fully
I recommend completing steps 1-3 before purchasing your part, so as to avoid my mistakes.
1) Unplug the freezer and clear whatever is currently in the door. This fix is fast enough you don't need to empty the whole freezer.
2) Use a socket wrench to remove the two bolts holding the top hinge to the freezer. Once they're off, the hinge can pulled up and off.
3) Lift the door free from the bottom hinge. Important Note! Check that it's the door closing cam that's broken, and not, for example, the bearing that seats with the door cam that is listed on the freezer part of the schematic, and not the door part. If you're a smarty pants, you order(ed) the right part. If you're me, you continue with this tutorial but still need to order another part to complete the fix. Don't be like me.
4) Using your philips-head screwdriver, remove the screw holding the remnants of the old door cam to the bottom of the door. Pull out the old cam and insert the new one. Rescrew.
5) Grab your extra person put of your toolbox and have them help you guide the door back onto the bottom hinge. The door is not heavy but no one wants to play blind Battleship while your freezer contents actively defrost.
6) Stick the top hinge back into place and reattach the bolts.
7) PLUG YOUR FREEZER BACK IN! And also check that the door works now.

Lost Key
It's easy to know how to use a key. I didn't have a difficult part, I didn't have the model # because I had lost my key and the model # is inside. I was able to find the energy saving paper that came with it but it had four model #'s. I called a couple places and no could me. I pulled up Part Select on line and just thought I would give them a try. I got a very nice person (Jeremy) He went thru every model that I had and three out of the four matched so he sent me a key and if it didn't work I could get my money back. I give him a A+ four taking that extra step, unlike the other places. Very satisfied!

A set scew was ordered twice.
The first order arrived in a huge box and there was no scew to be found, the box had wholes in it. I was given a refund and told to order again.
The repair did not happen and the set screw which was actually recieved the second time was returned because it was the wrong size.

light doesn't work
i only ordered 1, so i replaced each 1 then moved to the next. still no light, so it must be someting else. will try to check the wires with a volt meter to see if i have power next. something wierd happen, when i accidently touch the back of the led board, it lit up, small but still light up. hoping that means the led board is goo, must be in the wiring. i saw it had a main led board so will check the power to that.
