Missing attachments
I purchased a nice, almost unused Kitchen Aid food processor at a garsage sale, knowing that the missing parts could be ordered online. I found your website and ordered the parts on the same day, a Saturday. I received them the following Tuesday. They were exactly as needed. Good experience!

the lid had a stress fracture
no installation, just threw the old lid away and put the new, perfectly fitting one, on

the lid was cracked around the back edge and was hard to fit to the bowl

Plastic tabs that lock the lid to bowl broke from wear and tear.
Just a simple replacement. Also got a new lid, my food processor looks brand new!
