Door catch was cracked
Incredibly simple! You just pop the other plastic catch out with a butter knife and pop the other on in. This is the second time I have done this over the last 4 years or so.

Loud scratching noise, very loud
Lubricated pulley wheel which temporary reduced noise. This verified what was making noise. Looked up the part on partselect.com and ordered it. Recieved idler pulley with bracket in just a few days.
Quickly removed back panel using nut driver with drill. Slipped belt off pulley, removed one screw with plyers to released spring and removed old assembly.
Inserted new assembly, connected spring, slipped belt back on roller.
Tested before replacing back panel.
All was very quiet. Replaced back panel.
All done

Door handle was loose; part of the plastic securing it to the door had broken inside
Using a hex nut driver, remove the two screws at the top of the dryer door, and one on each side (four total).
With the door open, lift the back of the door. It will pull apart easily apart from the front panel because the hinge is attached to the back only.
Push the bottom of the handle down and slightly away from the door. Since it is probably broken at this spot it should pop out easily.
Slide the broken handle toward the bottom of the door, until it comes free.
Clean up the metal around the handle location.
Slide the new handle into its location, then press the bottom of the plastic handle against the door so it snaps snugly into place. Make sure the handle is all the way into position before snapping into place; you don't want to break the new one.
Reset the door panels together; set all four screws, then tighten fully.
You're done!

Dryer door wouldn't catch and stay shut
I take the screws out of the door, I removed the catch from behind inside the dryer door, I slid the new catch in the door and snapped it in place. After getting a new catch in the door I put the door back together and put the screws in. Easy repair

The door whould not close enough for the dryer to work.
Got my parts very quickly.
Popped out the old door latch with a screw driver and pressed in the new one.
Very simple.

catch was missing to close dryer door
The only thing I had to do was hammer the catch inside the square fitting and presto it was done. It took me less than 3 mins. I thought I might of needed instructions, but it was really simple. Even a guy can do it. (smile)

Dryer door would not stay closed
After removing front door panel (2 screws) I removed the old latch catch and replace with the new part. 4 minutes later, the door was back together, the dryer was running and the door was staying closed.

dryer door wouldn't catch, catch was broken
took the cstch reciever out, with my fingers, pushed the new one in, snap lock fit.......couldn't be better, like repairing a model T ford.......
