Loud grinding noise while drying
I ordered the maintenance kit because it was recomended for my application and the symptoms my dryer was exhibiting. However this kit did not apply to my model. My model contained 4 drum rollers, only 2 came with the kit, and the idler pulley setup was completely different. I should have pulled the dryer apart first to compare pictures to the actual parts. No big deal, prompt refund after a quick phone call to Parts select. I was able to fix my idler pulley with a couple of new nylon washers and a new snap ring to hold it in place. Drum does not rotate
Diagnose the problem. Is it the motor ? Is it the belt ? Order the correct repair kit, use name brand parts to ensure reliability. READ THE SUPPLIED DIRECTIONS. You can use a small wood shim or wedge at the top front corners to open the top . Use a 5/16" socket to remove the 2 screws at the top outside corners. Lift the front panel straight up, supporting the drum as you lift it off. Remove the drum, taking it straight out the front. Install the new drum rollers, install the idler, and then the belt around the drum. Install the drum on the rear rollers, make sure the seal is not folded under. Push the drum back against the seal flange, support the front of the drum with your right (or left ) hand, and sit the front panel on the lower pins, and gently push the front panel to the sidewalls. Feed the belt through the idler and around the motor pulley. This job is easily performed in about 20 minutes. Clean the interior while replacing the belt/idler and drum rollers. With the top lifted, after assembly, test run the dryer to make sure there are no "funny noises" after the repair. Watch especially for the white rub strips on the front edge of the drum. They tend to fold over when attaching the front panel. Job done !

The roller wheels wore out
Ok, there was a couple of other parts not on the video but were not hard to deal with. I would suggest talking a photo of the assembled parts before taking parts of for a reference when reassembling.

dryer did not spin
I purchased the maintenance kit and followed the video on part select.com. Replacing the drum wheels, pully and belt was not difficult. I probably found enough coins in the dryer to pay for the maintenance kit. The only tricky part was getting the cap on the end of the axle. It requires a bit of force applied evenly.

dryer was making a pounding sound
Removed top of dryer and front panel per instructions and removed belt and drum. After removing what was left of the old rear drum seal I scraped off and sanded the old adhesive off. Reapplied new adhesive and installed new seal after about 3 to 5 minutes (let adhesive get tacky) I then used about a dozen spring clothes pins to hold seal in place while adhesive set up. Reinstalled drum, belt, front panel and top and job was complete. Time included letting adhesive set up. Easy and inexpensive, thank you parts select.

The instructions were easy to follow and the pulley on the replacement part was evenbetter quality than the original. I also followed the recommendation to clean the lint trap. Now the dryer works quieter and better than it ever did. Thanks for your product!

Loud "squacking, squeeling noise" during operation
Found right parts for problem on this website. Handyman took down machine and installed the drum support wheels. Taking apart was not too difficult; getting drum and dryer face aligned properly was a bit difficult and took longer than expected (and 3 of us). However, it was much better than having to buy a new dryer, since there was very little really wrong with this one. BTW, it was "out of warranty" so it would have cost around $150-$250 to repair using the repair service from the retailer we bought it from. Saved lots of money. Thanks.

Squealing noise during drying cycle
Repair was as straightforward and simple as the videos implied. The most difficult part of the repair was disconnecting the door wiring. It could be more plainly shown in the videos. After that it was simple. The cleanup inside the dryer, lint, etc., took as long as the repairs. An extra set of hands to hold the drum in place while routing the new belt over the drive pulley would have made it even simpler. Runs like a new dryer now.

My wife says the dryer just hums and nothing elese happens.
I assumed the drum belt has broken so without looking and tearing into the dryer first. I looked at the model number on parts select and the belt was $43.00. However the maintenance kit wihich included the belt, 2 wheel guides and belt tensioner was only $25.00. go figure. Ordered it and within 3 days it was at my front door. After opening the dryer I noticed the belt was intact. After removing the drum I notice heavy resistance on the motor. Thinking motor bearings were out! The internal motor heaters would drop out and than reset. Opened the fan shroud and found that a sock had fallin into the top lint screen opening and locked up the fan wheel with out the persons knowledge when the screen was than pushed back into place. Alot of work to find out something so simple. hilarious actually. What a relief that it was not the motor and since I had it apart I went ahead and put in the entire maintenance kit anyway. The whole ordeal toless than 1 hr.

Belt broke
I followed the instructions from this website. Repair was simple with the video guide. Repair estimates were for $150 -$200, I spent less than $40 for the belt, new tension idler, and new rollers. It runs like new again. Parts arrived in 2 days! GREAT SERVICE! I'll be back and am telling my friends about your site!

The dryer was fully drying clothes.
Opened up the dryer and found that the belt broke. Came to this web-sight and was quickly directed to the correct part once viewing the schematics, and then watched the video. The day the parts arrived in the mail, I went to work and managed to get the drying working that night! Thank you for the parts, the video...made it very easy to complete. Sheral
