NE3313 Whirlpool Dryer - Instructions

I took the dryer apart and used the video on the website that helped a lot on how to install the belt and then we put it back together and dryer works great.

I would like to say first of all that I was amaized and pleased at how simple the ordering of this part was and while looking at the parts diagram on you website I noticed the door swing was optional and could be easily changed and the dryer came from the factory with a latch installed on both sides of the door. In our laundry room the dryer sits to the left of the washer and the door to the dryer opened to the right which has always been a slight inconvenience. . . So instead of changing out the broken part, I took the door and hinge off with my cordless screwdriver (6-8 screws) and turned it around and remounted it on the opposite side. . . Simple! I never took the new part out of the ups envelope. Now I have a spare so I taped the new part in the envelope to the back of the dryer in case I ever need it and now we have more convenience with the door swinging the correct way. Sweet deal! I was ordering a part for my daughter who needed a high limit switch and a fuse, it occurred to me after reading the troubleshooting helps on PartSelect that this was what I needed to change on my dryer also. With the help of your installation videos my daughter was able to repair her own dryer and save about $150.00 and I too was able to repair my own dryer and now it works great! Thanks

I openned the dryer and look for the problems. I found out the idle pulley was severly damaged. the driving belt was still ok however a piced of the belt backing was erroded. i found Part Select website and contact. The website is owsome! realy easy to follow and get youn to your needed parts. Customer service and the sales people are great. Also the video on the website is great and very easy to follow, they teach you how to install the parts. I had a very good experience with Part Select company. Thanks!

Watched the video from part select and it was easy. I will always order from part select, I loved the delivery time!! I ordered two belts, one for my dryer and one for my sons. . . My belt arrived the next day and my sons only took two days. . . Now that is service. . Thank you part select

for a while the dryer was really loud when on. i took the front cover, and could pin point it to the idler pulley wheel. i would squirt some wd 40 on the wheel just to get by. one day the dryer stopped turning so i thought the belt broke. after following the instructions on this site on now to take off the front panel, and tub holder (the panel that has the lint trap in it, i was able to take out the tub and find that the pulley wheel had broke apart. i ordered the new part and got a new belt at the same time. why not replace while i had it apart. i didnt have snap ring pliers to remove the snap ring so i got 2 small finishing nails that would fit in the holes and was able to pull apart the ring and get it off. i slid on the new wheel, and put the snap ring back on. ii watch the video on how to replace the belt and it was a sinch. the dryer was already apart and to fix it, took about 15 min. for $18 in parts, the dryer has never sounded better.parts select saves me money everytime.

I just followed the intructions from the video on the website. That made the replacement easy.

Really easy popped the lid with a flat head screwdriver, then marked wires for door light and switch, took 2 5/16 bolts to remove front door, then 4 bolts also 5/16 to remove front panel but be care ful and remove drum belt then take panel and drum out. Then took a set of ring pliers to remove wheel slapped new one on.then reverse sreps to assemble.

First I take off all front cover and then the dirt strainer next is the dryer drum holder next the top cover I lift up and so you room to set the dum belt

Ordered part ( door latch ) flowed instructions easily fixed same.

Removed front of dryer, first the lower then the upper front covers. Removed front drum support, front blower housing cover. Removed belt, and then motor with housing and blower wheel attached. Broke wheel and cover off motor, placed motor in vise to remove threaded nut from motor drive shaft (nut was seized). Reinstalled motor and belt. Installed new housing and blower wheel. Reassembled dryer. Note if old blower wheel had come off repair would have taken half the time and been significantly easier to perform.
