Dryer stopped heating
(Always unplug dryer before making any repairs) I opened the dryer and checked the heating element. Making sure that the connection was good and nothing was damaged, I determined the problem was overheated wires. They melted and lots connection. I replaced them with the heating element wire connection kit. Easy to install and simple to get right. I cleaned the dryer again with a vaccum cleaner, removing all the lint, and checked the vents, making sure they were clear...I turned the breaker on (it was tripped when the dryer overheated)and everything worked great.

Old filter screen was torn at edge of plastic rim
replaced with new one which had been improved upon by a brace down the middle of the screen.

Dryer quite heating
C/0 both thermostat sensors and fixed dryer Had no heat out ohmed out the coil and it was ok So I ordered both sensors and replaced them and dryer worked great

Clothes would not dry
Repair was extremely easy. I looked on your parts web site and found my model number, read what the common causes of dryer not heating. I purchased both the Thermistor which I knew was bad after using my Omh meter and found a open circuit, and bought the High limit thermostat as maintenance. In addition to these parts I also purchased the heat element assembly which I could see was broke. In stalling all three parts was less than 15 minutes, less than $100 and WOW less than two days delivery !!! Great job I will re-order from you again! KIm Faught, League City, Texas

no heat in dryer
diognostic suggested thermal fuse or thermistor. Thermistor tested low resistance (<2K olms). Replaced thermistor and dryer heat returned.

Felt falling off of lint trap filter

The door was not catching. The female part to the door closing mechanism broke. It was such an easy fix! Took about 30 secs to fix!!
Pulled out the broken part than easily snapped the new part into place..

Dryer door would not stay closed
I did a quick research online and found PartSelect to have the best price. I ordered my part on Monday 8/6 and to my tremendous surprise FedEx delivered it Tuesday 8/7!! I did not pay for overnight delivery. My son happened to come by that day and he took a small flathead screwdriver, pried the old one out and inserted the new part. Done in 5 minutes! PartSelect will be my supplier from now on.

thermal cot off went bad
Called a appliance place. They said it was a serious problem with master board and it was gonna cost 425.00 dollars. NO THANKS. Ten minutes to open ten minutes to find the problem. ( which was no were near the master board). Seconds to find and order the parts on partselect.com. got it next day. 15 to 30 minutes later my dryers running like it was brand new! Love it.

Needed a lint filter
It was simply a replacement filter. No work just replace in slot. Thanks for great service and for sending in one day! We were shocked that the part arrived in one day! Will use your service again!

dryer quit before clothes were dry except on the extra low setting. I got an E1 error reading
flipped THE BREAKER (very important!). Removed the cover on the bottom of the dryer (2 screws), made easier because dryer is stacked on top of washer. Removed the heater box (3 screws). Thermistor located on top of the blower housing (right side). removed old thermistor (2 screws) and unplugged the wires. Plugged the wires into new thermistor, installed the thermistor, replaced the heater box, then tested the dryer. It seemed to work fine. Replaced the cover. It has worked fine ever since.
