Had difficulty finding the correct size in any store.
All the stores had either a smaller watt or a larger watt and the book suggested always using the correct watt. I was glad to find it on this sight and it was delivered very quickly.

Rusty door
Removing the old door was the problem as the old screws were rusty. Then, because we are not very spatially adept, we had trouble putting the door back together with correct hinge alignment. This should have taken about an hour and the part was perfect. The dryer, which we were going to throw away, looks and works perfectly! Parts Select offers great, timely service.

Dryer would not turn on
It took a while to diagnose the problem. I finally figured out it was the door switch by pushing it with my finger with the dryer door open and starting the dryer. It would run like that, but the switch was not being pressed in enough by the door. I ordered the switch and I should have been able to replace in about 15 min. But the old switch broke while I was removing it and it fell back inside the unit. So I had to remove the top and the front panel to access the door switch. That's why it took so long. If that had not happened it would have been a much simpler repair.

Dryer makes noise when "Start" is pushed, but stops when you let go.
Dryer would turn on when you pushed the "on" button, but as soon as you let go, it would turn off. Found the plastic door switch cracked (from slamming door closed). Unplugged the dryer. Unscrewed the two screws inside the top of the door to unfasten the top panel. Took the top panel off. Then unscrewed the two screws on the side to unlatch the front panel. Used plyers to take the 3 wires off the switch and slid the switch through the front of the door. Juat remember where the wires go. Then inserted new switch and connected the wires. Vacuumed out the dryer and reassembled. It took about 20 minutes and was easy! If I can do it, you can!!!

timer and control knob
This repair is super easy. Take out the 6 phillips screws on the back of the control panel. Disconnect the timer wires and plug into the new timer--One wire at a time to make sure they fit into the same slots. Reinstall the timer and knob and back of the dryer and you are done. No need for a technican here. Save some $.

timer was getting hard to set and kept breaking the knobs, thanks to plastic shaft and plastic knobs
Very simple, if not for having to take off bifold door and dragging dyer out so I could get to it. Far as installation of replacement timer, could have done the job in 5 minutes or less. Removed 6 screws in back of control panel. Raised tab on old timer and twisted counter-clockwise. Removed one wire at a time from old timer and put on new one. After plugging all wires put new timer in slots and had to bend up tab somewhat so it would turn all the way. I did install a screw in the tab, that wasn't there to begin with. Lined up panel and installed all screws and bravo, works like new again.

I broke the handle on the dryer door.
All that was needed when I got the new handle from Fed-ex, was simply to line-up the clips with the holes in the door and push in till everything snapped in place. It was very easy. It took longer to open the package than to attach the handle.
