Dryer would not start
We thought the timer was out on the dryer so I was looking for a new timer when I came across a video on your site about replacing a broken timer knob, so I decided to check the knob first and sure enough it was cracked. This video saved me a lot of time and money. Shipment was quick. Thanks.

Find the knobs online, order, put knob in place upon arrival.

part of timer knob that attaches to dryer cracked and would just spin without adjusting setting
Pulled old knob straight off (not attached in any way) and then pushed new knob on to replace. It was that easy.

The timer knob cracked
I just had to replace the timer knob after the original cracked after turning it and it cracked. The part arrived the next day even with standard shipping.

Turned Timer Knob and drier didn't start
Turning the timer on the drier, it felt smooth - no clicking. Rotated to the setting and turned the Start knob - nothing. Pulled the Timer knob off by hand and noticed splits down both sides of the knob. ordered a new knob, pushed it - back in business. Partselect was quick about getting me the replacement part. Thanks

Timer knob on our dryer broke off because of flimsy plastic

Dryer would not come on because of a crack in the timer knob
opened the package when the part came,(the selection knob) stuck it in the timer hole and turned the dryer on...took less than 15 seconds.

On-Off knob on dryer broke.
Finding the part number on the site was very easy. Replacement came in a few days. Replacement was very easy. The only thing that might have been tricky was knowing to remove the old metal insert. That issue was covered in the helpful video making this a "no brainer".

the timer knob on my dryer broke...
I checked the part number on the knob. Found the 1-800 number on a label in the door of the dryer. Called the number and easily ordered the part. The customer service associate that answered my call said it would be here in 3-5 budiness days. To my surprise, it was on my doorstep the next day. I simply placed it where it needed to go and wah-la!! I had a working knob again. My phone call to parts service went very smoothly and delivery was extra speedy!! Very satisfied.
