As for the door switch took a photo with my phone of how the wires went on remove the wires, popped the old switch out put the new one in put the wires right back up the same way in my photo works perfectly.

Tenants had stripped the control knob and ruined the switch
Unscrewed the back cover of the control console.
Unscrewed the one screw holding the facia plate to the control console at center of timer switch, then removed the start control knob and the heat selector control knob. Had to use a flat blade screw driver to wedge the heat selector knob off its spindle.
Although all screws removed, unable to remove facia plate due to plastic strip beneath it. Tried to remove the strip, held in by four tension points - one each end and two along the middle. Could not remove it without breaking the securing points off the back of the strip in the middle (plastic also).
After strip came off, easy to remove the facia. Identified the proper location of wiring attached to defunct start switch, and then removed the switch by turning clockwise a short distance.
Inserted the new switch, turned counterclockwise til it snapped into position.
Reversed steps to re-attach facia and back cover of control console. Despite the broken prongs in the middle, the plastic strip under the facia still stays in place by tension and is secured on the ends, so looks unnecessary to replace it. Bad design to not let you see how it is attached before you have to break it to get it loose!
Cleaned all surfaces and tested new start switch, which worked perfectly first try. Re-attached venting duct and repositioned dryer next to washer. Task completed.

Appeared to be a failed belt
Appearances can be deceiving.....while dis-assembly was a piece of cake; the problem turned out to be failed welds on the dryer drum. REMEMBER this before you make a parts decision. Examine the problem.FIRST! (this comeing from a guy who used to Manage an appliance repair shop WAY back in the day....DUH!)Solution?....new dryer; repair cost too high. None the less...at least I have a spare belt !!!

Broken Selector Knob
This repair took only about 15 seconds to complete. It just involved pushing the new knob on the selector. The provided video should give you the confidence to complete this task.. I invested $11.00 for the part. I would hate to see the cost to have a repairman come and fix this. Worth every penny

Propane dryer would not ignite
Cover of the dryer pops off and hinges back. Use a flat screw driver to pop the clips on the front sides. Two phillips head screws hold the front panel on. Remove them then lift the panel off the clips at the bottom. Two phillips head hold the Ignition Coil bracket in place. Take note of the direction of the cable connection, it's not marked. Dryer would ignite intermittently. Clothes were not dry after 1 hour.
