Squeaking noise as the drum turned
I love technology. First thing I did was google on "U-tube", "How to repair a squeaking dryer". Several videos out there so I just found the one I needed and watched. The repair itself went easy. A word of advice would be to be careful of sharp edges and to remember to unplug the machine prior to repair. While the drum is out, go ahead and get your shop vac and clean the inside of the unit out. Also, not only put grease on the new plastic holder, but put some on the shaft of the idler puller. I also used an awl to line up the holes on the front panel when re-installing the screws. One video I watched showed reaching in through the front to take the drum belt off the pulley, where another showed removing the inspection plate on the back. This made it much easier.

no heat to dryer at startup
Very easy fix on this system as described in other reviews. Simply unplug, lift top, remove two retaining screws on the dryer face, remove face from front of drum. Locate both coils at the lower left corner of the gas valve assembly.

Dryer was tumbling, but not heating or drying clothes
There was a small plate and 2 screws holding the 2 coils. I just removed the screws, unplugged the 2 coils, plugged the new ones in and put the dryer back together.

The knob broke off and wouldn't turn on.
After receiving the part, I easily replaced it. I didn't need any tools and it took less than 2 minutes to fix. Also, the dryer seems to be working better altogether. Basically, I just inserted the knob where it was before.

Clothes Dryer Timer Knob cracked at stem
The repair was actually quite easy. I first removed the metal crimp ring that was left attached to the dryer Timer stem (was originally molded into the back of the Timer Knob which cracked) by pulling on it with pliers. The new Timer Knob just required a mild push onto the Timer stem of the dryer. Job finished. I'm back on the road to using my clothes dryer once again.
