the attached anchors and holes linled up about 80% of the time.
I cut off the four that didn't line up - I suppose since this was a gasket that fit several makes, I should expect this type of problem.

Drain pump stopped
I just pushed the washer on its side on a price of wood. I put a pan to catch the drain water. It was then as easy as detaching two boots and two bolts that hold the drain motor on.Do it in reverse and you got it.Oh first don't forget to unplug the electrical wires ect.

water filling in machine without turning on
I looked up the repair on You Tube and it looked easy! Take off the top of the machine (unplug and disconnect water first), 2 wire connections and 2 screws to mount. The only problem I had was screwing the mounting plate on the machine. It needed some help enlarging the hole a tad, I used an awl. Reconnect the water and plug in.This Granny rocks!

I attempted to figure it out first but to no avail. Found an article on e-how and followed the steps to access the drum. Found your company on internet and called the 800 number to order the part. Delivery was quick (2 days) and it was the exact part. Thank you.

Dryer Drum not turning
I found a you tube video that walked me thru the steps. Only problem encountered was 2 screws which were different and a little difficult, but became obvious as the control panel wouldn't loosen as video suggested. Otherwise the repair was fairly easy, and VERY SATISFYING.

Would not get past the rinse cycles.
The swap out was easy except for figuring out how to remove the timer knob off without breaking it so the faceplate can be removed and the switch can be swapped. In back of the timer switch with some needle nose pliers you pull a plastic pin back and hold it back. This will allow you to pull off the timer switch knob. However, the real problem was so simple I could kick myself. The COLD WATER PRESSURE WAS TOO STRONG. I simply turned down the cold water pressure some and the washer goes through all it's cycles. I really hope this helps someone else out there before they go buying parts or even a new machine. I did hours of internet research and I didn't come across this simple answer. I changed an electric water valve and a temperature switch before realizing it.

Removed front and back panels as well as the dryer front, placed belt on drum and drive motor. I found that taking the door off the dryer front made the reassembly much easer.
