heating element went out

I had broken knobs

The start knob cracked and I had to start the dryer with pliers
I recieved the knob the next day after I ordred it. I just lined it up and snapped it on and I was good to go.

Old Knob Broke Off.
Opened the package. Took out the new knob. Popped it on the old metal prong. Don't have to use the old pliers to start the dryer anymore. One of the little things around the house that was broken, just took a minute to order, a day or so to receive, a second to install and it was one more thing off my to do list. That was about the quickest and cheapest repair we made at our house this year.

broken belt
I replaced this belt once before but it squeaked for over a year. This belt from Part Select was much better quality and now the dryer works perfectly, no squealing!

Broken Knob on Dryer
Pulled broken knob off and pushed the new knob on. It was about as easy as it gets.

Drum was not turning
Removed access plate in rear, raised top panel, removed two screws holding front panel (with door) put new belt over drum. Threaded belt through path between motor drive and idler wheel. Put everything back together.
My order was shipped very promptly, and was received very quickly. It is wonderful to have this service available on the internet. I can remember how difficult it used to be chasing down parts before. This was impossible in smaller cities.

Rotary knob broken/unable to turn on unit&end of cycle buzzer
Both rotary knobs broken and already removed. Just put knob back on spindle lining it up properly when putting on. Took less than 3 minutes--Yes!!!
