Timer kmob broke off of dryer
I pushed the knob onto the metal dryer piece. It was repaired in less than 10 seconds. Also I was very impressed by the fact that I ordered the part on Thurday morning and I had the part the very next day. I am a happy customer and will recommend parts select.com to others

they where just wore out.
Taking off front of and top of dryer and panels on the back. Releasing the belt and taking out the tube un screwing the two pieces off the back of the machine putting new ones in and putting belt back around drum and setting drum in. Then holding drum while the front is put back on then attach top and a couple panels on the back.

Dryer drive belt broke
I opened top section with a screwdriver, pushing in the release.
I opened front panel with door with screwdriver pushing in the release.
I lifted drum out through the front.
I replace the Idler Arm assembly.
I greased the rear drum bearing race.
I vacuumed out and cleaned blower and dryer area.
I put the new belt on the drum, reinstalled the drum.
I put belt around drive motor and Idler arm assembley.
I put front panel with door back on.
I put the top panel back down and snapped into place.
Tested dryer, job done!
I opened front panel with door with screwdriver pushing in the release.
I lifted drum out through the front.

I put the new belt on the drum, reinstalled the drum.

Due to weather exposure, the handle fatigued and broke in several parts.
You simply pry the old handle off with a flathead screwdriver, and then line up the new handle and snap it into place. It took less than 30 seconds! A breeze.

Dryer not producing heat
Once the part arrived, I logged back into my order and watched the part installation video as I did the repair. The video was perfect, it made doing the repair easy and safe. Best part is I didn't end up with any extra screws which was good.

Dryer not heating up and shutting down
remove 2 screws rear of drier at top slid the top back and off removed 4 screws on front electronic read out panel and disconnected two wire harness plugs remove the panel removed 2 screws for lower panel at top on either side of rotating drum,tilted machine back removed two screws at very bottom on front of dryer to remove lower panel ,and remove the lower 2 screws to remove front panel.lifted rotating drum up and out of drier ,removed 4 wires on the heating element and four retaining screws from rear of drier to releases the heating element,than reverse the procedure for assembly.

Dryer spun but didn't heat.
It was a closet type washer/dryer combo. With little space to work I needed to know how to get at the heating element to test it. Was told the tumbler had to come out the front to expose the element. Made the job easy without having to figure that out.
