Dryer produced no heat
Checked the voltage to the high limit switch. Found that the element was bad. Ordered the part from partselect.com. and received the part in two days. Unplugged the unit, pulled the lid on the dryer, used the 5/16" nutdriver, removed 3 or 4 screws, pulled out the old and installed the new. Saved a $100.00 service call from the repair man! noise, shaking, from foreign object in the blower, from operating without the lint filter
Lint filter replacement is routine maintenance. operating without a filter causes problems, a dryer sheet was sucked thru the opening and into the blower wheel, causing a lot of noise, and shaking because of the unbalance. I popped the top of the machine up, removed two screw holding the front in place, removed the front, gaining access to blower.
Removed the offending sheet, straighted the bent fin, and put everything back together again. Installeed the new filter, now it runs smooth, and quiet. mission accomplished.

drum would not turn
Once I realized it was just a drum belt and how easy it was to fix, I ordered the belt myself with no help from a national warehouse hardware chain where the manager said "I don't have a belt but I can sell you a dryer." Thank you I kept my 300+ dollars and once I got the belt it only required removing the two screws that sealed the lint screen cannel to the top; popping the top, removing the to nutbolts fastening the front to the side panels; slidding the front panel out; putting the belt around the drum and attaching it properly to the tension pully and motor. Finally, I closed it up and tested it. Household hero in less than 12 minutes! Not bad for a psychologist, eh?

Dry would not heat
First i unplugged the dryer from the outlet. Then I used a flat head screwdriver to lift open the top cover of the dryer. I removed the two wires connected to the thermal fuse and removed the two screws that attached the fuse to the holder. I placed the new fuse on the holder using the two screws. I plugged the two wires back up to the fuse and closed the lid. Be sure to fixed what caused the problem before attempting to use the dryer. I my case there was a massive amount of lint beneath the lint tray which had the vent blocked.

Dryer wouldn't tumble
First unplug the machine and turn off the gas. Then, I pried the top up (2 clamps on front, 2 screws to the lint screen). Then I removed 2 5/16 nuts that fastened front panel to sides. I held the drum and pried the front panel back while my wife slipped the new belt around the drum. Then, I buttoned everything back up in reverse order, removed the kick panel, threaded the belt through the tensioner pulley and around the motor shaft. It's really that easy. PartSelect.com makes it simple with quick, accurate service.

Lint screen was broken
This Was pretty simple, removed the old broken screen. There are two torque screws on the outside where the bottom of the door is, I removed them so I could move the screen on the inside so I could clean out the excess lint. vacuumed out the lint, tightened the screws back in and slid the new screen in and it was done.
