This front cover spring retaining clip is not quite an inch long. It is made entirely of metal and is used for some washing machines.

This shaft is made to fit the center of the idler pulley wheel of many clothes dryers. It is less than two inches long, and is made of metal.

This arm is what attaches to the idler pulley wheel.

This hi-limit thermostat acts as a safety mechanism that keeps the dryer from overheating. Once the dryer temperature reaches a certain point, this piece will shut down power to the heating element.

At just two and a half inches, this metal spring fits onto the arm of the idler pulley assembly of gas and electric clothes dryers.

This filter collects lint as it passes through the dryer vent.

This white timer knob is a little over two inches in diameter. It is made entirely of plastic and has a gray indicator dot.
