poor water flow into the dishwasher
Replaced the valve from the side. Easy and quick. The program to identify the part is excellent. The big concern is getting the right part.

The dishwasher stopped receiving water
I went online and determined what the possible dishwasher parts would cause no water entering. The most recommended part was a valve. I ordered it and afterword obtained a ohmmeter and determined the part in my washer was not faulty. It tested the same as the new part I sent for. The real problem was the connecting metal flex hose that I had installed when I put it in. It had a valve built in that prevents water to flood the kitchen if the hose becomes broke. Even though I tested it out and found water flowing through it, the valve when under pressure had gotten plugged up with dirt particles that caused it to malfunction. I changed the hose and Wa La everything worked fine. I in fact did not have to change the so-called faulty valve. I suggest a detailed evaluation of the problem before purchasing parts. With electrical components it is practically impossible to know if they are faulty without an ohmmeter. Some valves become stuck and if unplugged then plugged back in they will reset themselves. I suggest that if one does not know what they are doing, refrain from messing with electrical parts. Don J.

Mice living behind the dishwasher
Mice were living behind and on top of the dishwasher and destroyed the pad. Had to throw it away. Ordering you was easy, and the pad fit perfectly.

Very little water getting into the machine, would not clean .
First turn off power and water then Removed the two screws on the bottom plate, took the plate off. To remove the valve , I took one screw out of the bracket and just loosened the other,Pulled the valve out ,removed the water lines, then reused existing brass connection, put the hoses on the new valve then put it back together .Turned the water on checked for leaks, then closed it up..Turned the power on and it works great.....
