holes in the bottom of the basket causing silverware to slip out
The greatest thing about this repair was how quickly the part came from your warehouse. I literally ordered this on Friday afternoon and it arrived Saturday - less than 24 hours! The basket comes without the handle, so I had to pry the handle out of the old basket and snap it in place, but that was simple and viola! a brand new basket! Thank you!

Basket bottom fell out and silverware would fall through basket.
I just took out old basket and removed the old handle with a screw drive. Then I snapped the old handle on the new basket and placed it into the dish washer rack. All done!!

Replace broken silverware basket
The only tricky part was taking the carrying handle off the broken basket and installing it on the new basket. The handle has three alternating hooks (two on one side and one on the other) that snap into slots in the center partition of the basket. I used three butter knives to push out the hooks from the slots so that I could remove the carrying handle. Once removed, the carrying handle snapped into place on the new basket fairly easily.

silverware basket had a hole in it
Just replaced the old one with the new one. Now we don't have to avoid the little section that had the hole and I'm much happier since I couldn't get my family not to put silverware in the section with the hole! :)

Bottom On The Old Basket Gave Way
Bought the replacement silverware basket (gray) and it fit perfect and works just as good if not better than the old one. All I did was take it out of the box and that was that. Thanks again.
