Top basket- wheels kept coming off
Removed old tracks. Note instructions do not tell you to remove the back stops one each side.... let alone how. Installing new track is really easy. Place the old lock on the track. Strange they don't arrive with a new lock, it is just a plastic insert and must be cheap. The only tricky part is replacing the rack wheels and height adjuster. If the instructions and particularly the pictures in these, were better it would all have been a breeze. Really worth the effort though!

All of the wheels had broken off and the bottom rack was hard to move.
It was very easy to pry off the old wheel assemblies with a screwdriver and pop the new ones in place. Although the part is called "wheel" it is actually the plastic piece containing two wheels. I thought it was a little confusing to just call it "wheel" as each piece has two wheels. It was an easy repair.

Wheels were broken off the original upper rack assembly.
My husband and I are both very mechanical but found this repair confusing and difficult. No instructions on how to remove old parts and when I called service department was told parts had come from the manufacturer and they had no idea. Like a puzzle in reverse we finally were able to get the old parts off. The instructions for installing the new parts were confusing and the pictures blurred and not much help. I suspect they were poor photocopies from a service manual. That said, once we figured out how to install the first side the other side went smoothly and the repair was successful. The replacement parts are of substantially better quality (stainless steel) than the original plastic ones.

The ceramic seal had failed, allowing water to destroy the front motor bearing.
Removed dishwasher from under the counter and took it to my shop. With the washer on its side, I removed the motor, then the impeller and seal. I then disassembled the motor and replaced the front bearing(purchased separately). This required an arbor press. I then reassembled the motor and installed the new seal and impeller. Reassembled in reverse order. Reinstalled under the counter and made conections. Checked for leaks and proper operation.

Dishwasher would not turn on and door did not latch properly.
New latch assembly improved door closure. However, door latch did not solve problem. There appears to be another problem.

leaking from door
Removed old gasket, cleaned track and replaced gasket-also quit using Cascade pellets and went back to using Cascade powder with a numerical "rating" of 6. The pellets of even 10 caused the washer to leak, obviously too much foam would not float the float to actuate the pump.

Dishwasher door falls down as soon as it is unlatched and moved just a few inches open
This kit comes with the link cords and the balance wheels. I only needed the cords. I undid the set screws under the counter edge and slid the Dishwasher out from under the counter. One of the links had a broken cord and the spring had snapped to the very back of the space and was a bit hard to find. I used the good side as a guide to see how to thread the cord correctly. I did not replace the wheels since they appeared to be in good shape and looked like they might be a bit more difficult to replace than just the cord. For a second I thought I had ordered the wrong part because the new cord's attachment point at the hinge did not look exactly like the originals but the new design worked just like the original. I did need one other person to help stretch the spring and hold the door in the best position so I could attach the cord to the hinge. It's working perfectly now and I saved the wheels in case I need them later.

Upper Spinner in Dishwasher
The upper spinner was laying in the top washer basket. I went online but no help was avaiable. Went to store where we purchased dishwasher and they gave me part number to order but not online I had to call to order. Part arrived in about three days. I took two screws loose on the top of dishwasher removed broke retainer to put new retainer in but I drop it into dishwasher so you have to me very careful
so I tried to order just the retainer but is not sold by it self. Had to order whole new kit. Other than that it is easy dishwasher runs like a new one.

Old part never worked well, constantly got bumped by a part of the side when sliding rack back in (design flaw). When part got bumped and fell off, it also got warped from the heat, so then was even less likely to stay in place. New part fits more securely and doesn't bump the problematic part on
Just snapped it right into place! No tools required. Very easy!

Leaking water at bottom corner
I removed the old gasket. Cleaned the surface under the old gasket and began pressing the new gasket into place. Make sure the gasket is pressed all the way in to properly seat it in the groove. Didn't use the tube of gasket sealer and it worked perfectly no leak,

Water not draining from the dishwasher
I watched the video and this was the easiest repair ever. Took longer to disconnect and reinstall than it did to change out the pump. Highly recommended watching the video

Drain Pump was giving off a burning smell. When I pulled the dishwasher out it had some light smoke coming from the Drain Pump
Shut the power to the dishwasher off. Pulled unit out from under the counter top and raised the left hand side up for easy access. Disconnected the wiring, undid the clips, turned counter clockwise and removed. Reversed the order for installation and Connected the power. Ran several cycles successfully. Problem fixed. Burnt out water pump. Good as new if not better so far. Easy item search, Fast Shipping, Quality Part, Fair Pricing. Thank You Partselect.com

Noisy door
I found instructions on line when I goggled my dishwasher name and model number with the words noisy door. There were three or four good suggestions at a couple of the sites I visited. I tried applying vasoline, then silicone to the rope where it travels through the plastic guides but that just cut the sound down about 50%. My dishwasher has plastic guides that look like rollers but they don't turn, they are fixed in place. The ropes squeak as the pass over the guides. The replacement part kit has plastic guides that turn like wheels now so the rope does not drag over them and squeak. This repair could be done by me in 20 minutes or less every time now that I know what I am doing.

I removed the black bottom metal cover then turned the nuts on the adjusting (leveling) bolts to lower the front end of the dishwasher so I could pull it out of the cabinet. Once I lowered is as low as it would go I opened the door and pushed down on it which tilts the dishwasher down and you pull out on it and the top lip clears the cabinet. If your dishwasher just pulls out the first time you try these steps may not be necessary.
Once the dishwasher is out the guides and rope are down at the bottom in the front by the door. It's obvious what to do to replace them.
