First I pulled off the tube that was hanging down and obstructing the rotation of the top spinner. Then I just reinserted the new tube. I'm a "do it your selfer" and I usually fix things by my self. But the few times that I've failed lived forever in my wife's memory. She dreaded my fooling with a machine that had outlived it's life. I promised that the job would only take about five minutes. She heard this before and resigned herself to having parts all over the kitchen floor and a full day of catastrophe. Old tube was falling off, but new one was really easy to install. Put a little soap on the inside as a lubricant. I was thrilled with this; the website was really easy to navigate. Found the part I needed in minutes & the part came very quickly. Thanks!

Removed bottom rack and replaced axles and wheels, works just like new and did it without any assistance from my son or Husband.

Removed old water tube and replaced it with the new one. Hard part was logistically trying to put it below the rack and it obviously it had to fit very tight and it was quite difficult to get in place, but I did it! Thanks to your easy to use website and excellent service. I was proud of myself for doing the whole job start to finish, and my husband was even more impressed. Only downside to that is that I think he'll be playing more golf, while I do the repair work from now on.

Very easily!! I am 19 years old and repaired the dishwasher for my grandmother in about 15 minutes. Great products.

Repair was fairly easy, had to swith the mounting bracket from the old valve no problem. Install reconnected the water and the dishwasher works great now!

Removed old tube.

New tube was a little tight, so I heated it with a hair dryer and used dish washing detergent - Joy - as a lubricant. Then the tube slipped on easily.

I removed clips on the end of the rack, removed the rack, and pulled old tube off. Used plain water as a lubricant to ease replacement of new tube on the dilated end. Very easy!

In my case the rubber tube was so worn that it came off very easily. I removed the tube, then with a little cooking oil, I lubricated the new hose and easily slipped it into place. Now my dishwasher works great! I ordered the part received it and repaired it for less than $20.00 and in less than 15 minutes.

Took old one off and put new one on, about a 4 minute job.
The part was about 1/3 of the cost if I had bought it local.

Removed old tube, moistened both ends of new tube with hot water and slid over inlet and outlet holes. Repair done!

First the water tube arrived two days earlier than what I was expecting. I pulled the old tube off and slipped the new tube on by hand. The dishes in the top rack are now a lot cleaner than they have been for the past couple of months. In the future if I need repair parts this is where I will be coming to get them.

It was simple. I simply replaced the old water tube with the new one you sent, and it works like new. Piece of cake.

One of the axles broke off, requiring no removal. The other wheel broke off, but the axle remained. That required squeezing (pliers) to push out. Replacement was easy; just put wheel onto axle and push axle through mounting space. Total: 5 minute job.

I removed the old tube--I had taped over the hole. I didn't quite have the hand strength to fit over the ends and push the new tube into place. So, my husband did that at both ends without a problem. I'm relying on PartSelect for when I need parts for my 13 year-old appliances.
