KUDH23HY2 KitchenAid Dishwasher - Instructions

First the water tube arrived two days earlier than what I was expecting. I pulled the old tube off and slipped the new tube on by hand. The dishes in the top rack are now a lot cleaner than they have been for the past couple of months. In the future if I need repair parts this is where I will be coming to get them.

Removed old tube, moistened both ends of new tube with hot water and slid over inlet and outlet holes. Repair done!

In my case the rubber tube was so worn that it came off very easily. I removed the tube, then with a little cooking oil, I lubricated the new hose and easily slipped it into place. Now my dishwasher works great! I ordered the part received it and repaired it for less than $20.00 and in less than 15 minutes.

I removed clips on the end of the rack, removed the rack, and pulled old tube off. Used plain water as a lubricant to ease replacement of new tube on the dilated end. Very easy!

Took old one off and put new one on, about a 4 minute job.
The part was about 1/3 of the cost if I had bought it local.

I ordered the part and I received it in just 2 days. I took the old rubber water tube off, put a little soap on each end of the new tube and had it in in under 10 minutes. I am a woman in her 60's and I did this myself!

First I pulled off the tube that was hanging down and obstructing the rotation of the top spinner. Then I just reinserted the new tube. I'm a "do it your selfer" and I usually fix things by my self. But the few times that I've failed lived forever in my wife's memory. She dreaded my fooling with a machine that had outlived it's life. I promised that the job would only take about five minutes. She heard this before and resigned herself to having parts all over the kitchen floor and a full day of catastrophe. Old tube was falling off, but new one was really easy to install. Put a little soap on the inside as a lubricant. I was thrilled with this; the website was really easy to navigate. Found the part I needed in minutes & the part came very quickly. Thanks!

The tube had a huge hole in it. It was very easy to replace - I just pulled off the old one and put on the new. The cool thing was how easy it was to find the exact part I needed online in less than 5 minutes. Gotta love the internet!

I was goingto go to Home-Depot, and purchase a short piece of tubing to make the repair.
Just for the "heck" of it, I looked on-line --- and there it was. It is a large diameter thin wall tube, because water presiue is low, almost zero.
However, the replacement part was only $8,25, so I figured, what the heck, I can wait a few days and purchased the part from PartSelect.com. I lubricated the new tube with soap, to make the slip-fit go on easier and -------------- Done

Old roller wheels and axles were broken and already falling off. I simply replaced the roller axles and snapped on the new roller wheels.

Simply inserted the new rubber hose on the two fittings - a couple of minutes at most

order new water tube and receiver and popped it on. No tools needed. Prefect fit. Washes like it did when it was new. Super fast shipping. 2 days.

Removed by hand the old water tube and pushed the new tube on. It was no big deal. Itook about 3 mins.

This was sooo easy. The key was the "tip" on this website to lubricate the parts with dish soap. They slid right on. It works perfectly. Most important, I am a Hero with the wife ... that gets special rewards!!
