Tine Row Rusted
At first I thought I needed a new bottom rack for my dishwasher. Out of curiosity, I watched the installation video and realized that the Tine Row installed separately and that was the only part I needed. I am appreciative of being able to access that video and the money I saved. Installation took seconds to complete.

Warranty Service lost the two screws that held the cover below the door in place
It’s great when you have parts that fit and a schematic to go by. I got both from this site. There are three parts that these screws hold in place. Use the schematic to see which way each part is facing. Line all the parts up and then look through the covers. You’ll see pre drilled holes on either side of the cover. Line the screws up to the pre drilled holes. Put the first screw in half way then insert the second screw all the way. Come back to the first screw and tighten it all the way. Two screws, two minutes and I was done. Real easy repair, just awkward as you are on your belly on the floor. I used a drill with a socket that fit the screw head.

Bought lower rack, but discovered we didn't need it. Ordered the tine rack instead.
Our experience was amazing. The part itself simply needed to be replaced: dropped into the lower rack and it was done. The amazing part was the wonderful service that this site provided. We discovered our initial mistake, contacted the company, and received instructions for how to return it. Then we ordered the tine and it was sent immediately. Just received confirmation that the returned lower rack had been received, so the process is complete to our great satisfaction. This site really has it down for providing excellent customer service. They are terrific!! Thank you!

Steam leaking from inner seal of door
Inner gasket (Part # PS16221119) was angled in at the corners, so it wouldn't make a seal with the door, resulting in steam leakage and damage to adjacent cabinet door. Simply pulled out old gasket, pushed new one into track and voila, problem solved. New gasket angles out at corners, creating steam-tight seal.
