Worn dishrack wheel mount
This wheel mount broke from normal use and made the upper dish rack disconnect from the sliding arm that extends it outside the dishwasher body so that you can fill it. The part was delivered quickly and was easy to install using just a screwdriver to loosen the retainer clip on the end of the extension slide. Once the retainer clip was removed, the new part was slid into place and clipped onto the rack. The install was complete.

dishwasher not draining after wash cycle
Caviat: The actual repair is less than 15 minutes, but I spent a lot of time playing with it before I figured out it was that easy and fast. You don't need to remove the dishwasher from the counter to do this. And it will probably help to look at the new part closely so you can understand where the retainer clip is to press it and release the old pump.

First remove the water from the dishwasher pan that would not drain with a wet/dry vac. Otherwise the water will all drain on the floor when you remove the pump. Then remove the two screws on the kickplate on the front of the unit below the door. Remove the kickplate/maintainence access cover. The drain pump is on the right about 8 inches in. Using two hands you grasp the drain pump with your right hand and use the left hand to push the retaining clip down. Then the drain pump will rotate 1/4 turn counterclockwise and can be removed without pulling the dishwasher out. There is likely to be some water leak out that was traped in the pump housing that you can not reach with the vac. Disconnect the wire. Connect the wire to the new pump, put it in place and 1/4 turn clockwise to install it. Replace the kickplate and you're done.

The wheel mount had broken so that the wheel was disconnected from the mount on the upper rack, making the rack unstable.
I had to fiddle with the mount a bit to get it on the rack properly. Then I pulled back slightly on the inner part of the end piece of the track while also pulling the top of the piece back and released the inner tip of the piece, allowing the end piece to be removed. I placed the new wheel in the track and replaced the end piece.

Super easy and a small fraction of what a repairman had told me the part would cost.

Stationary Upper Dishrack Wheel Mounts Broken
Each Molded one-piece plastic upper dishrack wheel mount includes a tiny plastic spring clip which hold the mount in place on the upper dish washer rack.
These clips become dry and britle over time and snap off.
Because they are molded in the wheel mount itself you have to replace the entire wheel mount assembly

Lost dishwasher brackets
I called an experienced plumber, who balanced and installed my new dishwasher properly, using the brackets I ordered from Parts Select, after an INEXPERIENCED plumber had tossed the factory-provided mounting brackets out with the shipping carton. Relief!

the upper rack wheels had crumbled
the parts only took a few days to arrive, and it took me about 2 minutes to install them-no tools were required. i took out the end plugs from the slider bars, slipped out the old broken wheel parts, snapped on the new ones, slid the upper rack into the slider assembly, popped the end plugs back into place and VOILA!!

aside from the expense of the parts- much better to go this route rather than hire a repair guy to do it!!

One mount had broken and our top rack fell down
We replaced all four. You unclip the two front parts on the top drawer to pull it all the way out of the dishwasher. Unsnap the old mounts and clip the new ones on. Slide the top drawer rack back in and replace the two front clips.

This was truly an easy repair!

Failed diagonistics test for OWI sensor
Pulled the dishwasher out from the counter, on the lower right hand side, about mid way back there is a bundle of all yellow wires, follow that to the sensor which mounts into the bottom of the wash tub. The sensor is easily removed by grasping it by hand and turn it about a half turn (can't remember which direction). It then just pulls out. Disconnect the wire bundle by pushing on the retaining clip and the install is the reverse.

Clip thing that attaches rack to wheel on track broken.
Took stop off end of track by smooshing spreader things together with butter knife, so they would fit through holes.
Maneuvered wheel on track and clip on rack. Put the stop back on.

My filters had completely clogged up with hard deposits and food left on the dishes after running the dishwasher.
My filters had completely clogged up and had not cleaned my filters at all which was a no-no.I had lots of food left on the dishes after running my dishwasher, so I took bothp filters out and replaced them no tools required. I won’t be using powdered or liquid detergent for my dishwasher anymore only pods and promise to clean my filters once a month, so hopefully that’ll help keep them clean. Very easy replacement even for an old woman.

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

Dishes wouldn't dry
I shut off the power to the dishwasher, then I removed the front panel under the door. On the right side just behind the electrical box there are two wires going up to the hi-limit thermostat, (you may need a small mirror to see it), remove one screw that is holding the thermostat bracket, unplug the wires from the old thermostat and install new one. Screw bracket and thermostat back to the underside of the dishwasher, reinstall the front panel, turn on the power, done.
