The wax motor is used to disengage the detergent dispenser door. It heats up to push a piston, which in turn opens the dispenser door.

This wheel is attached to the inside wall of the dishwasher.

This piece of insulation goes behind the very bottom access panel of the dishwasher. This insulation helps reduce the noise produced by the dishwasher when it is in use.

An actuator connected to the timer is lifted by the cam and releases the detergent dispenser.
