Replace rack adjusters - wheel were broken
Replacement was pretty easy after figuring out how to unsnap/unlock the old pieces. Tools only used to do a little prying and poking, but really aren't needed. Everything either snaps or slides together. Piece of cake

broken rollers on upper basket
I took the broken basket adjuster off and then attached the new one. It wasn't too difficult, however some removal instructions and re-install instructions( or just a picture supplied) would have been helpful. This isn't an issue for a mechanically inclined person, but would be a challenge for someone that isn't. Thanks.

dishwasher not draining after wash cycle
Caviat: The actual repair is less than 15 minutes, but I spent a lot of time playing with it before I figured out it was that easy and fast. You don't need to remove the dishwasher from the counter to do this. And it will probably help to look at the new part closely so you can understand where the retainer clip is to press it and release the old pump.

First remove the water from the dishwasher pan that would not drain with a wet/dry vac. Otherwise the water will all drain on the floor when you remove the pump. Then remove the two screws on the kickplate on the front of the unit below the door. Remove the kickplate/maintainence access cover. The drain pump is on the right about 8 inches in. Using two hands you grasp the drain pump with your right hand and use the left hand to push the retaining clip down. Then the drain pump will rotate 1/4 turn counterclockwise and can be removed without pulling the dishwasher out. There is likely to be some water leak out that was traped in the pump housing that you can not reach with the vac. Disconnect the wire. Connect the wire to the new pump, put it in place and 1/4 turn clockwise to install it. Replace the kickplate and you're done.

Top rack adjuster on left broke. Wheels part of adjuster
Took apart broke piece and disassembled parts. Ordered new main part but used old clips to reassemble. Part arrived swiftly (2 days), put together and works fine. Saved repair bill and house call. Used screwdriver to pry apart main clip that attached adjuster to top of rack. There were 5 clip type pieces in total and analyzed right hand adjuster as model for reassembly.

Leaking gasket
Easily pulled old gasket from channel. Soaked new gasket in warm water. Cleaned debris from channel with wire brush and CLR. Starting at top-middle, gently pressed new gasket in place. Used a gentle push-pull technique on the corners. Used fingers to smooth gasket all around. Closed door and kept latched for 2 hours. Ran dishwaher to check for leaks.

Lost dishwasher brackets
I called an experienced plumber, who balanced and installed my new dishwasher properly, using the brackets I ordered from Parts Select, after an INEXPERIENCED plumber had tossed the factory-provided mounting brackets out with the shipping carton. Relief!

Failed diagonistics test for OWI sensor
Pulled the dishwasher out from the counter, on the lower right hand side, about mid way back there is a bundle of all yellow wires, follow that to the sensor which mounts into the bottom of the wash tub. The sensor is easily removed by grasping it by hand and turn it about a half turn (can't remember which direction). It then just pulls out. Disconnect the wire bundle by pushing on the retaining clip and the install is the reverse.

The Door Just Falls Down
After unscrewing the dishwasher, I pulled out the washer, I saw that the springs were attached just by strings that were broken... I just used the strings from an old lanyard, retied everything, and did not need the springs! works well!

Diverter valve was leaking.
After shutting off electricity, lay dishwasher on it's side (use a towel to absorb any water) then just use nut driver to remove faulty valve.

Door leaking from corner.
First, I replaced the bottom door seal. You will need magnetic nut drivers because of the location of the 3/16 screws that hold the seal in place. you also need a 1/4 in nut driver to remove plastic cover that covers up the 5 3/16 screws. Last you need a small star driver to remove the door screws. Note 4 of the door screws, the 4 on top of the door are much longer than the side screws. With all this said, this seal was not my problem. I then replaced the large black rubber seal around the tub. Be sure if you do this you fold the seal in half and start in the middle of the top of the opening so you have the exact amount of seal left over on both sides. Also when you remove the old seal, clean the area it was removed from with a damp cloth. Turns out, That was not my problem either. So now I will move to the next step to see where the water is coming from but maybe this information will help someone with a simple door leak.

My filters had completely clogged up with hard deposits and food left on the dishes after running the dishwasher.
My filters had completely clogged up and had not cleaned my filters at all which was a no-no.I had lots of food left on the dishes after running my dishwasher, so I took bothp filters out and replaced them no tools required. I won’t be using powdered or liquid detergent for my dishwasher anymore only pods and promise to clean my filters once a month, so hopefully that’ll help keep them clean. Very easy replacement even for an old woman.

The tabs that held to wheels on the adjuster broke off on 3 of the 4 wheels. The rack would not stay in place when pulled out.
I took a picture of the old assemblies position. Then I removed one side. It was original and held in place by plastic snaps. We followed the instructions on the first side. The metal wheel assembly and the housing have matching channel & grove so the metal fits into the channel on the housing. We accidentally placed the metal wheel assembly in the adjustment housing backwards then could not get it out and broke two small plastic tabs getting it back out. Turns out that was not a fatal error. We had a bit of difficulty determining the exact positioning of the actuator in the housing and how the housing fit to the rack. One has to really look hard at the instructions. !!!A YouTube video would be very nice for this!!! Once we had the positioning then the assembly went together very easily. The two screws went in easily with a ratchet nut driver and star bit. (an adapter is provided for those who don't have the star bit). The second side was incredibly easy since I knew exactly how to put it together the second time. First side: 20-25 min. Second side 5 min.

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
