Leaking door gasket
Partselect provided me with tracking information for my order, they also provided an installation video. So when I replaced the door seal it was a few minutes to remove the old seal and about five minutes to put in the new one and it was all done. Thanks to Parts select it was a piece a cake

Tine Row Rusted
At first I thought I needed a new bottom rack for my dishwasher. Out of curiosity, I watched the installation video and realized that the Tine Row installed separately and that was the only part I needed. I am appreciative of being able to access that video and the money I saved. Installation took seconds to complete.

Arm sprayer had broken
Something had been loaded in the dishwasher that had gone thru the basket - it hit the arm sprayer and broke it off.

Replacement sprayer was exactly the same - the partselect website has very specific identification method so you get the proper part. You must have your model number.

I watched a you tube video which was referred by part select. This was helpful.

I did not realize at first that only part of the arm sprayer had broken off. The arm sprayer broke off, but there is a base to the arm sprayer that was still attached to the dishwasher. So I could not, of course , fit the new arm with its base over the existing base because they are the same size. Once I realized this, it was a simple replacement, following the youtube instructions. You do have to press and turn counter clockwise to get the old base off, but once that was done, the new sprayer arm, which arrived attached to the base, easily fit, and press hard to turn it clockwise to reattach it..

It has worked perfectly. It is a hard turn to get the arm sprayer off or on, which is good so it doesn't come loose during washing, but when replacing it, you aren't sure of why it won't turn. It is a hard turn. Watch the you tube video.

Door link broke at plastic connection end
First remove the front kick panel by removing 2 philips screws. Turn off the water supply, and then disconnect the supply line if not of the flexible kind. Mine was copper. Remove 2 screws holding dishwasher to counter top and pull machine out. Open door and attach replacement link by hooking the plastic end to the hinge hook on the door side and then place the string portion round the plastic pulleys and then attach the other end of the link to the end of the spring attached to the rear of the machine along the bottom side. Push dishwasher back into position, reattach supply line and re-install both screws attaching the machine to the counter top. Turn on the water supply and check for leaks. Place the kick plate into postion and secure using the 2 philips screws that were removed.

Orders not correct and minor mods needed.
Ordered p/n PS10057154, sold as a kit of TWO upper rack tine rows. I received one. Customer service issued a return tag and ordered a second kit, which again was supposed to be two rows. Replacement order arrived with just one. Fortunately, I had expected this and had not yet returned the first kit. Called customer service and told them not to expect the return of the first order.

This kit is sold as fitting several models of Whirlpool and KitchenAid dishwashers, which I verified that my KA was on the list. A minor installation problem occurred when I discovered that the upright tines of this kit don't have the exact same spacing as the KitchenAid originals. The upright tines need to be exactly half the distance between each of the crossbars on the rack below in order to install the three retaining clips found on each row. With the spacing of these tines, there wasn't quite enough room to install the clips. Fortunately, the retaining clips were manufactured with an excessive amount of shoulder on each one. Trimming off the excess material with a fine-toothed hacksaw blade made the clips narrow enough to be used without compromising their ability to hold the tine rows in place. I've used the machine several times now and the clips are holding everything in place as expected.

Absolutely no power to the unit.
I went on line and saw a video mentioning it may be the fuse and in order to verify that, take piece of scrap wire and jump pass the fuse.If the lights come on then its the fuse,I did and it was.So I found your web site, typed in the word fuse and the part number came up w/ your video showing how to install it. It was GREAT and what a great idea too having the video available w/ the part! I killed the power and I unscrewed the screws and placed them in the pattern they came out of because some are longer than others. I supported the front cover with my knee and had found the wires in advance so I knew which ones to cut, strip and screw into the new replacement part.I replaced it back in the snap on fuse holder and re-screwed it back together starting with the latch ones, using a criss cross pattern like on a tire. And that was that...I will DEFINITELY use this site again...........hopefully not for a while! Thanks so much.

No directions with parts!
Could not take apart the upper rack on my whirlpool dishwasher to replace its wheels to transport its upper rack. The received parts did not match the old ones. Called parts and they suggested these new parts remanufactured and changed from the old ones but they had not been notified. Brought to professional mechanics and they figured it out. Bullshit parts company!!

Spinner broke off at interior top. (Little ball on bottom of spinner fell off.)
I am an 84 year-old woman so I asked another woman friend to help me. We removed both shelves from interior of dishwasher then unscrewed the first screw of the slim plastic piece on the top of the interior; then the second screw. We pulled the plastic piece gently down, removed the little round part out of the groove. We placed the new round part in the groove (ball down), pushed the spinner onto it so it would click on & hold. That required a bit of strength. Replaced screws & it was done!
