door seal leak
Removed seal from door with flat head screwdriver, replaced with new seal. Actually took longer to get out of the box rather than to fix!

The upper Water dispenser fell apart
It was very simple, the repair took less than 5 minutes start to finish. I removed the top dish rack, took out two screws and the broken part slipped right off the water feed tube. I slipped the new upper wash assembly on the end of the tube and replaced one screw. My dishwasher is an older model and the new part only has a hole for one screw but I cannot tell any difference in stability or performance. I put the top rack back on and the dishwasher is as good as before.

upper rack dishes not getting cleaned properly
Used nut driver to remove old spray arm assembly on top rack. Reinstalled the new assembly, clamped the holding assembly onto the rack, tightened the holding assembly--that's it.

Leaking Dishwasher
I poked the old gasket with a fork tine so I could get a grip on the old gasket as I didn't have pliars, pulled it out in less than 4 seconds, folded the new gasket in half and started center top of the slot the old gasket was in and pushed the new gasket in on each side from the top to the bottom. Very easy. I'd say it took me longer to open the package with my teeth than in doing all of the above.

Original rubber extension tube had worn where it connects to the rotary fitting under the upper basket
First I removed the upper basket from the dishwasher by taking off the end clips from the right and left hand slides. The clips are removed by prying them gently upward with a screwdriver.
Second I removed the old spray arm assembly by slipping the old tube off of the rotary fitting.
Third I removed the center screw from the rotary fitting which holds the upper spary arm in place. I also removed the small plastic piece (block) which is clipped to the wire basket.
Fourth I installed the new spray arm assembly making sure to orient the plastic spacer block so that the spray arm rotates freely. The spacer block clips on the wire tray and the assembly is held in place with a single screw.
The new assembly includes a one piece extension tube and end funnel so it is really easy to install.

The upper spray arm supply tube split
1. Saw problem - dishes not very clean and hose hanging down.
2. Removed upper tray (hardest part until I found the trick of using needle nose pliers to hold locking tab on clip back while pulling up on clip).
3. Realized problem when I saw large split in hose, so found model number and used PartSelect.
Ordered replacement kit - evidently hose itself not available.
4. about 3 days later - use FedEx ground unless you REALLY need it next day - parts kit arrived.
5. Removed old parts (nut driver required) and installed new parts - keep track of sequence to remove old parts and where they go as there was no installation guide with kit. But it's not rocket science.
Dishwasher now ready for another 10+ years.

Part broke
All you have to do it remove the 2 screws (OEM) and release from the water tube. Then, just put in the new part and use the one screw hole (on the new part). That's it!!

The middle spray arm support broke and arm fell on heating element and burned.
Watched the repair video and the installation was a snap. Only problem we had was we had taken the support off the rack and when reapplied we put it on backwards!! Thanks to the video instructor who mentioned the "groove" I figured it out and moved it to the correct position. It works great and saved us so much $$$. Thank you for your great web site, fantastic customer service phone help and superior instructions. Will definitely come here again and recommend to all our friends.

Upper wash assembly needed to be replaced.
After removing the upper rack, I started to remove the screws holding the assembly on. The screws would not back out readily without prying on them a little because they were installed with some sort of caulking substance. Consequently, the old screws would not thread in securely and tighten up because all the material around the threads came out with the screws. I had to go to the hardware store and buy the next size up in diameter to get it to thread in and hold. I also tried to punch a pilot hole in the side where there was no hole in the replacement part and the ear broke off partially because the plastic is so brittle (mistake on my part). There was still enough of the ear after I carved out half a screw hole to still insert a screw and get it to hold on that side. It would be nice if that part was made with two holes to adequately secure the part.
