No water flow to dishwasher
Removed lower kick panel and there it was on the left hand side. Removed the waterline and removed the mounting screws. Disconnected the inlet waterline into the dishwasher. Removed the bad inlet valve and replaced in reverse order.

Intermittent power loss
Remove power source, then remove old power cord.Run new power cord through existing opening ang attach to existing power box on bottom o f dishwasher. Install electrical leads and device ground. Reinstall cabinet bottom. Check out operation by running a cycle. All ok!

Ice maker 'auger' motor would not turn
Followed You Tube video to open up ice maker, remove and replace auger motor, put it all back together = 12 screws, three assemblies, very easy.

Drain pump malfunction/melting
My dishwasher wasn't completing cycles and would start to smell like burning plastic randomly. I determined it wasn't coming from inside the tub but underneath the unit. I replaced the drain pump and the drain hose as a precaution to make sure the check valve inside wasn't getting stuck closed forcing the pump to not be able to drain. It was a very easy repair that just involved taking the dishwasher out of the cabinet and turning it on its side. The old pump just twists out and the new one goes in just as easy no tools required. The video instructions on the product page here were very helpful. The hose connects with a clamp and is routed on the side with some plastic clips. It was very easy and completely solved the problem!

Wheel of lower rack snapped off. After repeated attempts to put back on, decided to replace the assembly. There are actually 4 assemblies on the lower rack
Placed the entire drawer on the kitchen counter. Plastic part came off. New one installed in less than 10 seconds.
Piece was expensive but not nearly as much as a dishwasher repairman!!

Tine on rack was rusted and needed to be replaced.
Just replaced it in the notches that held the rusted tine.

Wheel detached from original part
Still waiting for part. Shipped 23 April. FedEx rerouted from Northampton PA to Chicago 4/30. Scheduled to be delivered 5/11 by end of day. Plan is to replace assembly.

Lost Screws from lower access covers for my Dishwasher
Reassembled lower access covers using the new screws purchased from parts direct, perfect fit replacement. Hardest part remembering how they fit Dishwasher.

Original door seal came out while emptying dishwaher. It was pretty messy so i ordered a new one.
I just followed the directions on the video that was part of the pictures for the door seal. I made sure that the channel was clean and the new seal pressed right in. i wish I had checked this site before I called a repairman, who wanted to charge me over $400 for a new one.

Bought lower rack, but discovered we didn't need it. Ordered the tine rack instead.
Our experience was amazing. The part itself simply needed to be replaced: dropped into the lower rack and it was done. The amazing part was the wonderful service that this site provided. We discovered our initial mistake, contacted the company, and received instructions for how to return it. Then we ordered the tine and it was sent immediately. Just received confirmation that the returned lower rack had been received, so the process is complete to our great satisfaction. This site really has it down for providing excellent customer service. Old wheels were falling off
Very simple. Snapped the old wheel assembly off. Then snapped the new wheel assembly on. Done!
