The new door gasket would not stay in place after installing the new one.
1. Purchased grout adhesive with a high temperature rating.
2. Purchased meat injection syringe. (The gasket channel is too narrow and deep for normal application) Modify the syringe needle to fit the channel. Remove the two dishwasher trays for easy access to the channel.
3. Place a bead of grout into the channel, do NOT fill the channel.
4. Insert the gasket properly into the channel.
5. Clean up any excess grout.
6. Close the door and wait 24 hrs. before opening.
7. Return the dishwasher trays to the machine.

Wheel of lower rack snapped off. After repeated attempts to put back on, decided to replace the assembly. There are actually 4 assemblies on the lower rack
Placed the entire drawer on the kitchen counter. Plastic part came off. New one installed in less than 10 seconds.
Piece was expensive but not nearly as much as a dishwasher repairman!!

The instructions were not clear and had no illustrations
I just looked at the matching piece on the other side of the rack and used it as a guide to install the new part.

Dishwasher does not finish its cycle. The sanitizer light flashes red and there is soapy water left in the dishwasher.
I replaced the thermostat (part # PS11750035) along with the heating element (part # PS9494999) and the turbidity sensor (part # PS11757214). I also checked the filter (part # PS11759673) and it was very clean with no holes. The dishwasher still has water and soap suds standing in dishwasher after I ran it through different cycles. Also, when I run the sanitize cycle the sanitize light flashes red at the end. It doesn’t appear to completely filling with water. Also my hot water temperature is 130 degrees after running for 1 minute. I am at a loss! Any suggestions?

Top rack slider piece broke
I replaced the holder that connects the top dishwasher rack on the drawer slide. I took it apart carefully so I could remember how to assemble everything back. I did have trouble for a few minutes to get it clipped and I checked the opposite side. After I pondered it for a few moments and did a couple of trial runs at it, it magically slid into the slot, the other did, too, and it was good to go. So very, very pleased!
