Broken rope on door balancer
Started the rope onto the top holder, threaded the rope around the rollers and using the pilers pulled the spring forward to attach the other end of the rope.

Link (String) broke on one side of dishwasher. Causing the door to basically fall down when opened.
Removed the bottom cover plates.
Removed the screws holding in the dishwasher.
Removed old single moving roller and replaced with newly designed double rollers.
Installed link(string).
Replaced other side rollers and link.
Reinstalled dishwaser.
Removed the screws holding in the dishwasher.
Removed old single moving roller and replaced with newly designed double rollers.
Installed link(string).
Replaced other side rollers and link.
Reinstalled dishwaser.

Old wheels were falling off
Very simple. Snapped the old wheel assembly off. Then snapped the new wheel assembly on. Done!

Squeaky dishwasher door
Just like the video; remove the 2 nuts off the kick plate, remove the 2 screws under the counter, pull the unit out, ease the spring off the cable, nut drive the pully assembly's off, install the new ones, place new rope/cable from the door arms onto pullys, attach the spring, push the unit back into place, replace screws and the kick plate. Took 15 minutes.

Original door seal came out while emptying dishwaher. It was pretty messy so i ordered a new one.
I just followed the directions on the video that was part of the pictures for the door seal. I made sure that the channel was clean and the new seal pressed right in. i wish I had checked this site before I called a repairman, who wanted to charge me over $400 for a new one.

The dishwasher door wouldn't hold in any position but went all of the way open.

cord on balance mechanism broke.
pulled it out, saw 'pulley' was fine, and put cord on spring and puled it enough to hook it on other end.end after running cord around the 2 pulleys, as it was on the other side. push it back and done.

Door became heavy on one side
Pulled dishwasher and removed existing springs and attached rope. Ordered the part needed and replaced it somewhat easily. There is a lot of tension because of the spring on the door. Once part was installed we were ready to use our dishwasher right away. Even though the rope was broke on only one side - we replaced both sides.

Bought lower rack, but discovered we didn't need it. Ordered the tine rack instead.
Our experience was amazing. The part itself simply needed to be replaced: dropped into the lower rack and it was done. The amazing part was the wonderful service that this site provided. We discovered our initial mistake, contacted the company, and received instructions for how to return it. Then we ordered the tine and it was sent immediately. Just received confirmation that the returned lower rack had been received, so the process is complete to our great satisfaction. This site really has it down for providing excellent customer service. Wheel detached from original part
Still waiting for part. Shipped 23 April. FedEx rerouted from Northampton PA to Chicago 4/30. Scheduled to be delivered 5/11 by end of day. Plan is to replace assembly.

The right hand nylon link broke & the door would fall open with the spring tension gone
remove the bottom plate with a nut driver and back off on the front leg adjusters. Slide out the dishwasher approx 8-10 inches and remove the broken link. The new one goes on easily. Look at the opposite side if in doubt as to how to attach. Slide the unit back in and tighten the leg adjusters until the unit is secure. reattach the lower front panel which hides the leg adjusters, etc. You're done!

Plastic part that attached to cord broke
Pulled dishwasher from under the counter and replaced the plastic part with the new part and attached the new cord to the door spring and to the replacement plastic part. replaced the dishwasher under the counter and replaced the kick plate. All Done.
