Dishwasher circulation pump malfunction
Tipped over washer, removed attachment bolts, installed new pump by clamping water hoses. Be sure to use proper crimping pliers, not the generic slip joint pliers. Replacement pump included required new clamps.

Water leak from the pump housing.
I removed the three screws holding the motor on the housing. Then I took the two hoses off and from inside the washer I unscrewed the ring at the base of the wand that holds the housing in place and removed it. I then replaced the impeller and seals and reversed the process to put it back together. Cost me 26.00 for parts and shipping. I couldnt imagine what anyone else would have charged. I will do business with PartsSelect again in the future.

Dishwasher would not dispense soap
Both springs (8066018 and 3368999) were replaced as recommended in your troubleshooting guide, but did not resolve the problem. Finally the Dual Motor, 3374501, was replaced. During the above, the plastic face of the door fell off, which created a nuisance task before proceeding to fix the original problem. However, while replacing the motor, I realized the purpose of the two, T-shaped studs sticking out of the motor. It is absolutely necessary that these sit inside the slots which engages the sliding plastic cover, which is spring loaded, in order to engage the release of the soap dispenser door. It was truly a learning experience, but I got it done.

Tines where falling off old rack
The dishwasher is 25 years old. Ordering the part was simple. Very good web site and user friendly. The shipment and delivery perfect. Part arrived as predicted. Tracking delivery was also perfect. Part was exactly what I needed. The only hitch was that there were no instructions for assembly, not even a drawing of the assembly to give a hint as how to assemble. Therefiore assembly took longer than it should have. However the diswasher is back in operation and I am pleased with the results.

Soap door wouldn't open.
I looked online to see a video. Dad to pop lid off soap dispenser. Slide a plastic part to the left n the spring slide off. Video showed how to place prongs on spring . Then had to lift the upper part of spring to lift onto plastic part of soap dispenser. That was it.
Unfortunately it still doesn't work. I asked Ina email to your company for any suggestions, No reply.

P piece of the adjuster rack was deteriorated and broke off
Crazy Glued it together until we received the new part, but it fell off again. My husband installed the new piece and said it only took him about 2 minutes. You just take off the end cap and pop in the new piece and adjust to match the one on the other side of the rack. He said it was extremely easy and no tools required.

soap lid missing
Replacing the pin with the spring is a little tricky, it was hard to hold it. And the little plastic pin breaks real easy too, its hard to get the lid to snap in place without breaking the pin.

Door seal leaked and wash arm bearing broken
The door seal was easy. In less than 15 minutes I peeled the old one off and installed the new one. Also the new seal arrived in 2 days. In replacing the seal I noticed a screw laying in the bottom of the dishwasher. As I removed the lower washing arm which was real easy I noticed that the plastic bearing for the lower arm was no good. Late Thursday evening I went on line and ordered the bearing, and to my surprise it was delivered to my house on Saturday. In 15 minutes I had the bearing installed and we were back in business. I'm just amazed at how easy your web site is to use, and the promptness of the parts delivery. You guys are great.
