Leak at bottom of dishwasher door
Replaced the bottom baffles on both sides. Obviously needed replacing. Still leaked. Warmed up door gasket and squeezed with fingers to soften. Lessened the leak. Adjusted the door latch. Stopped the leak.

The dishwasher leaked all over the floor.
I am a helpless old lady living alone. My dishwasher leaked......not bad at first. I put a towel in front of it. It got worse. I was adding towels each time I ran it. I asked my son to look at it. He said to find out where it was leaking from. I noticed it was coming from the right side. I looked and saw this thing (the real name was corner baffle) that looked kinda used up. I told my son what it was and he said go online and order it. I did. It came I took the old one out. It just lifted out. I cleaned all the debris out from where it sat with a toothbrush and put The new one in. Easy peasy. Don't need a grown son. I can take care of myself.

black debris in the dishwasher
First I removed old baffles, they were filled with old, moldy, icky black stuff. I tried to clean them, but the ridges made it difficult to get everything out. I ordered new ones, ran the dishwasher without them just to clean out the unit, then installed the new ones, no tools required.

Dishwasher quit
After doing dishes by hand for four months, I decided to take a look at the dishwasher. It took about 40 minutes to identify the problem and order the part fom PartSelect. The part arrived in two days and took two minutes to install. It's best not to rush into these things.

Lower rack had rusted through in several areas.
Pulled out the old and rolled in the replacement. The easiest part of the repair was ordering from the PartSelect website and receiving it via FedEx Ground the next day. Thank you PartSelect. Even my husband could have been successful with this.
