Put on a new cap.

Pop the end caps off the slides by pushing the lock tab in with a medium flat screwdriver, through the square hole in the side of the slide. Pull the rack out and set it on the counter. Pop the axles off, with the rollers, with your fingers. They are just clipped on to the rack wire. Pop the new ones on 4 places, fingers only needed to clip them to the wire. Put the rack back in the dishwasher by aligning the rollers in the metal slides and pushing it in like normal. Pop the rack slide end caps in by just pushing them in. If you're smart you bought new ones, they're cheap insurance. Save any good used parts in your kitchen junk drawer for the next time you treat it rough. Less than 5 minutes to fix. So easy a caveman could do it. One just did!

Looked up possible causes on your website. Website stated that more than 50% of time the cause was the piston and nut assembly. Removed the piston and nut assembly in bottom of unit behind screen on rear wall and saw that the gasket seal was completely gone . Ordered the part. took less than 10 minutes to install. Tested the unit and it drained completely. Thank you as i was looking at a more difficult repair if the pump had to be replaced.Repair cost less than $20.00.Before changing piston and nut assembly I cleaned the strainer and sump. disconnected drain hose and checked for blockage . i than checked your website that listed the piston assembly as the culprit more than 50% of the time. Replaced door seal and corner seals. Be sure to heat door seal in dryer be for instillation, 2 minutes. Makes for an easy installation.

The new rollers snapped into place on the rack, by simply pushing them in. I was able to do it by hand, my wife could not do the same, so you might use some pliers.

Unscrewed old one and installed the new one.

installed new rollers per diagram then installed side ends into sides. Couldn`t have been easier. Dishwasher is like new now.

My suggestion is to replace all four rollers at the same time since they are all the same age. Fortunately, four rollers come in each pack you order. You need to remove the end cap on borh metal rack rods which takes a little doing. You cannot just pull the caps off. You need to twist the end cap to free up the little catch at the rear of the end cap. Once the end caps are off, just pull of the old rollers and install the new ones, replace the end caps and you're done.

The repair was as simple as it could be. The real story is being able to find and replace the missing wheels. This seems to be a simple repair, but the push on nut is difficult to remove. Ended up damaging the case, so I am going to buy another dishwasher. If you plan to repair, make sure you pull the unit out to have plenty of room to work with.

Removed old basket, put new one in. New basket fits but it is larger then the old one so it takes up more room leaving less room for dishes. My dishwasher is apartment size.

took off the end clip, pulled the old wheel off and unclipped the bracket from the rack, then clipped the new assembly on...Simple!

I removed the broken lower spray arm tower using a scew driver and snapped in the replacement part not needing any tools.

Very simple repair: assemble the wheel/clip assembly. Attach to lower dish rack.
