The wheels on the lower rack of our dishwasher kept falling off.
Removed the lower rack. Took off the old wheels. Put the axles on the new wheels which took a little manpower, but became easier once you did a couple (there are 8 wheels). Then snapped the new wheels on the rack which was really simple. The new design is much improved to the old one. The wheels glide better, then they ever did. We're sorry we didn't think of this repair years ago and the cost was a fraction of the cost of a new dishwasher.

at start of the wash cycle did not take in any water
very easy old part out new part in direct replacement, fit right in and it is working. Great deal and about half of the price than ge website. Thank you.

The water inlet valve on the dishwasher leaked.
The repair was very easy and straight forward. I removed the electrical wires, removed the two hose's and then removed the old valve from the dishwasher frame. To install the new valve, I just did everything in reverse. No problem and I saved about $80 for the repairman to come out and I am sure I would have paid more for the valve if he provided it.

Water leak from inlet valve
Had to pull the dishwasher from under the counter to access the water inlet valve. Disconnected the hoses from the inlet assembly. Removed the inlet assembly from the dishwasher frame. Installed the new assembly and reconnected the hoses. Plugged the dishwasher in, selected a cycle to run to check for leaks.

Rack roller and JetDry cap were missing
Opened the package, opened the plastic parts bag, installed the roller and the cap.

Front door on Dishwasher Leaking
Ordered a new tub gasket and, although the gasket went on backorder for two weeks, the repair itself was extremely easy requiring no tools at all!

Old silverware basket wore through and melamine utensils fell through and stuck to heating element which cost me $100 for repairman to remove
Put new basket in, threw old one away

a couple of retaining ears were broken from the cover allowing the the switches and plunger to move out of place
took screws from inside door panel and replaced the cover taking care not to allow plunger and spring to pop out put panel in place and screwed down

Dishwasher would only 'partially' drain; dishes needed more rinsing.
Called repairman: announced that the drain pump was gone. Did not seem right. Went to the website. Found what I was looking for. 49% of the time it was a check-valve issue; only 26% of the time was the pump the problem. Took the unit from under the counter; got it on its side; removed the drain pump. Found my first check-valve, but thediagram showed a second lower one toward the sump. Having located both and purchased two valves and and the lower holder piece, I was ready to finish the job. Quarter-inch nut driver and a screw driver and the valves were in and the drain pump re-installed. Most difficult in my case was getting the dw back into its spot and lashed down! pieces that attach the wheels to the lower rack kept falling off
Ordered the new parts and attached to wheels on lower rack. The old pieces clamped on and the plastic stretched out and would not hold any longer. The 8 new pieces have a slightly different design, were easy to intall and I believe will never loosen up.

UNPACKED WHEELS AND CLIP. USING NEEDLE NOSE PLIERS SQUEEZED WHEEL TIP TO INSERT IN WHEEL. REMOVED OLD WHEELS AND RETAINER BY HAND. INSTALLED NEW WHEELS INSTALLED AND NEW RETAINERS

leg fell off of bottom rack.
Slid it in. Very easy and the replacement part is built better than the original part.
