Door had no resistance/no balance/would fall open
First, remove the bottom front covers (two parts four screws). Second, remove the two screws at the top that secure the dishwasher to the counter. Third, gently pull away the dishwasher from underneath the counter just far enough to see and be able to remove the door spring(s) - one on each side. Fourth, remove the existing hinge arm link(s) if not already broken off, replace with the new one(s). Note that the door hinge goes on the door (front) side of the spring and the other side fits into a groove on the door arm - the other end of the spring attaches to one of the 3 available holes on the frame at the bottom. It would be a good idea to replace the hinge arm links on both sides even if only one is broken. Make sure that the door has the right tension (each spring can be hooked in 1 of 3 holes to adjust the tension). Then gently push the dishwasher back under the counter. Finally, replace the screws under the counter and replace the covers on the bottom front. All of this should take no more than 15-20 minutes. This was an easy job!

Wheels keep falling off
So impressed! I got my parts 2 days after I ordered them. Installation was super easy. I wonder why I waited so long to order! It was such a quick easy fix. The wheel axel is redesigned from the original ones. No more fighting to get my lower rack pulled out! Thanks for great service Parts Select!

The old wheels were continuously falling off the lower rack. We had to lift the rack in and out of the dishwasher - total pain in the neck.
I removed what few remaining wheel assemblies there were - just pulled them off - no tools needed. Then I assembled the new wheels and wheel axels and simply snapped them on to the lower rack! It was a piece of cake.

put the wheel on the axle clip, then attached the assembly to the rack, snapped on. Much better design but may still need replacing down the line.

Broken Wheels on the bottom tray
It only took 10 minutes and they had the right parts and I got them in 2 days. I am ashamed to say that I let this go for a couple of months and for about $20 and 10 minues, I was able to take care of the the issue. The3 wife is thrilled.

original wheel fell off and melted
I took the parts, put them together in literally a minute and they worked like a charm. All for under $10. I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. I had gone to a big DIY store where they flipped a parts card for me to call. I went online - found you had my parts, ordered over the weekend and the parts arrived early Tuesday morning.

All of America should work as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
