Control panel separated from door, and vent flap not functing
The three top mounting points broke from the control panel that fasten it to the door assembly. Vent assembly mounting point also snapped. All occurred when movers tried moving the dishwasher by the control panel handle. Removed the nine screws from the control panel (six door frame and three already broken top mounting points). Position the door lock swing arm to the middle of its left/right travel, and remove the rear panel to expose the inner door. Disconnect electricity. Even though the washer is off, 110 is present at the door. Using the new control panel as a guide locate all the mounting points (screws) for the control board, sequencer, and vent control. Be careful to note the how the lever control is mounted that is located under the sequencer. Pull black and white connectors from the control board and any other connectors that interfere with the removal of the control panel. Remove control panel and reverse the order for assembly. NOTE the insert escutcheon #902 (name plate) couldn't be found anywhere, can be removed from the old control panel and reused. Very carefully working from the bottom of the name plate use your fingernail (not a sharp object) and start to work the plate loose from the control panel. Work to the end without the brand name until you loosen that end. Slowly pull up at a 45 deg angle and it will slowly come loose. Be patient. They use a sticky rubberized glue. Good luck!

Dishwasher very noisy when washing/rinsing
Dishwasher had become noisier & noisier in last year during wash & rinse cycles. After looking at various web sites, decided to first pull motor/pump & try cleaning it out. That made no difference. Also looked for anything loose that could cause vibration. No change in operation. Decided to go for replacing motor/pump & found Part Select had best price. Part came next day! I was amazed! Looked at video, then removed old unit and attached new one. Easy because it was exactly same connections. Ran dishwasher and it sounded 100% quieter - like when new! Very happy!!

Motor failure because of black power wire separation.
Dishwasher had flooded. Removed Dishwasher from cabinet and diagnosed problem. Found "PartSelect" on Internet and found Part kit available at reasonable price, in stock to ship immediately. Part #PS260801 [WD26x10013] contained enough parts to make installation easy and also I was able to cure discovery of slit in drain hose that attached to dishwasher drain outlet because kit included a short piece of hose and a hose clamp that allowed hose that had been trimmed to connect to outlet.

cracked riser in spray arm
Ordered part Monday evening installed it on Wednesday afternoon. Required a pair of pump pliers to loosen old part, new part screwed in by hand. No leaks, no problems. Took longer to explain what caused the problem then it did to fix it. I explained to the owner that overloading the dishwasher was most likely the cause. Dishes can move or fall against the riser during wash, preventing it from dropping back down. Pulling the lower rack out with the riser bound up caused the part to crack. Thanks for the speedy delivery!

Upper dish tray was rusted
Replaced the tray with a new one. Would have been no problem at all, if I had realized how the track end clip was supposed to go. I thought the release had to be pushed toward the lock, but it needs to be pushed away from it. This sounds confusing, but when you look at it, it may be more clear to you.

Replace door gasket
Removed old gasket. Then cleaned the track with a strong paper towel soaked in Windex to remove accumulated scale/soap. Followed the instructions provided with the gasket. I did not need to remove any screws from the door nor did I need to tumble the gasket in a dryer to remove kinks (There really were no kinks in the gasket, as supplied.). I did use a mirror to locate where the gasket should go underneath the bottom of the door, which you can't see. Feeling for the track with your fingers was sufficient for the installation.

Loud sqeaking sound inside upper right part of the door followed by cycle shutdown.
Take out the screws in the side of the door (~7) and pull the two door sections apart at the top. I suggest that you tape the door latch in place since it can slide out; it can be difficult to replace. Use a short stem screw driver to take out the three screws holding the sequence switch in place, and unplug the two sets of wires. Once this is completed, the sequence switch will slide out. Reversing these steps completes the installation.

The smallest portion of the sprayer had been broken
Grab the large portion of the assembly and unscrew it- if you've got hard water, this may take some serious effort. Screw in the new part, and your good to go!
