The lower rack wheels kept coming off
I examined the wheels and noticed that they were actually fine, it was just the clip on axles that had worn out. I had recently used a dishwasher cleaner, I think that was the straw that broke the camels back. The replacement axles that I ordered were actually a bit different than the original. It turns out they had been greatly improved, so the new ones snapped easily into place by hand. The lower rack rolls perfectly, like new!

Wheels kept coming off dishwasher basket upon pull out
I hand removed the snap in wheel axels and replaced the axles with new ones, by hand, no tools needed. On this dishwasher basket the wheeel axels just snap onto the metal cage "wires" of the roll out basket holding the dishes. Very simple. Used pliers to squeeze each old axle retaining nubs, from each of the eight wheels, , then just slipped (pulled the wheels off the axles) and discared only axles (that here the problem, detaching frequently from grasping the pull out dish basket, due to heat taking the temper out of their gripper (to basket).

original wheel fell off and melted
I took the parts, put them together in literally a minute and they worked like a charm. All for under $10. I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. I had gone to a big DIY store where they flipped a parts card for me to call. I went online - found you had my parts, ordered over the weekend and the parts arrived early Tuesday morning.

All of America should work as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the old wheels were falling off.
put the wheel on the axle clip, then attached the assembly to the rack, snapped on. Much better design but may still need replacing down the line.

The axles on the rack wheels kept coming unclipped
I set the rack upside down on the counter. Snapped the new axles into the new wheels. Snapped the wheels onto the rack. The new style axles are better than the factory parts. They look different in the picture so I was not sure if I was getting the right thing but they worked great. Took longer to take the parts out of the bags than to install. Nice to have the rack slide in and out properly again.

Wheels falling off bottom drawer
Very annoying problem with wheels falling off of the bottom dishwasher rack. Thanks to good advice here, purchased wheels AND wheel axels. Axels snap into the wheels, and the wheels snap on the bottom rack. Wheels are wider that the originals, and these snap ons are a much better design. Rack rolls in and out better than brand new!!

Lower dish rack wheels and axles were broken and off.
Removed rack from dishwasher, put axles in wheels and replaced onto lower rack. Used new design axle in replacement, seems to be an excellent fit.

Rack does not roll correct, falls into tub
Removed old wheels and axles, installed new axles in wheels, clipped into place. I purchased new wheels and axles. Probably only needed the axles. The front wheels are narrower than the rear wheels. This probably contributes to them falling off the track. Since I purchased 8 new wheels (all wide, now I know what the second part number was for)I put all wide on. Seems to be more stable that way. New straight style axle clip appears more robust than the old side clip style. Thanks Parts select
