I followed the U tube instructions already put out part select.

Bottom rack came complete with all racks. Only had to transfer the (2) side bumper guards,

Simply removed old gasket by hand, lined up center of new gasket (white dot was printed on the center of new gasket) with the tub latch and pressed new gasket into place. We have used the dishwasher about a dozen times since and hasn't leaked a drop.

The repair instructions were great and the repair went well. The repair took less than an hour.

When new gasket arrived almost two weeks after it was sent out from Green Bay, I took out old gasket, marking which side was in and which out.
Then, with hands, fit new gasket in place making sure it was centered.
No leaking; it worked.

Just snap part in position quick to do.

First, I watched a video on YouTube to diagnose the issue. The video I watched related the same issue that I was having-several beeps as if the door was open, until the board stopped working. I was scared that the part I ordered wouldn't work (and it was not in my budget at the time of purchase)-I should note here that I am a 66-year old woman living alone.

I actually had my son-in-law take the door apart and install the new board; it took him just over an hour but he's vey mechanically efficient.

Looked upm the problem it said door wasn.t closed so cause was the door latch. put in the new one no change so I bought a new dishwasher

I removed the old roller wheels and the new roller wheels snapped together and the simple instructions made the repair quick and simple..

I determined the guide rail on one side had broke when the white plastic bearings fell out of their track. I decided to replace both sides at the same time, so I ordered 2. They arrived quickly and I installed them and placed the middle rack back into the dishwasher. Went together fairly easily. I took pictures before removing the guides from the rack, so I would remember how to put the new ones back one when they arrived. Very happy with this DIY repair that easily would have taken much longer and would have been way more expensive! Thank you!

The repair was just like the video that the agent sent me. And while I had the unit out of the cabinet I installed a part I have had for months which I ordered before I realized I had to take the unit out of the cabinet: the part was the seal for the bottom of the door. I recommend if you are ordering a pump order this part too an it is easy to install if you already have the dishwasher out of the cabinet.

Installed new heater by pulling unit out of it’s cubby hole. Was able to gain access to the nuts that hold it down and make the seal, as well as the electrical connections. Re-installed. Helpful if you remove both dish baskets and utencil basket for access when installing heater.

We I installed a new dishwasher pump. It was simple and easy. I did it myself. My husband removed the clamps holding the dishwasher in the cabinet. Then he turned it in it's side and I replaced the old pump for an identical one that I ordered from this site. Easy peasy, took all of 15 minutes. You've got this. Don't call a repair man and pay $300 or buy a new dishwasher and pay $800. This repair was $63. If I can do it, you can!!!

Took out 2 screws that held machine in cabinet. Pulled out dishwasher about 4 inches. removed old latch and disconnected electric connection. Put in new latch, reconnected electric connection, replaced screws, pushed machine back in cabinet, replaced 2 screws that hold machine in place. Works like new!

Needed GE Technician to install. Partselect.com had to send a second replacement rack because the first one was defective. When the second on arrived, IT TOO WAS DEFECTIVE. After the Tech tried to install the second replacement, he was forced to remove a part from the original rusted rack in order to get the 2nd replacement to even stay in the rails of the machine. Tech was great, but the Partselect.com parts were unusable as sent.
