There was no problem, out of the box, into the bottom of the dishwasher.
No repairs needed, just replace the lower dishrack with 2 broken wheels with the new dishrack with the wheels already attached. Easy as A,BC or 1,2,3.

One of the wheels and hangers went missing.
Check website, order part. Hardest part was determining which was the right part. Needed the axle--I call it the hanger. I had previously called and ordered, but only received the wheel with no way to attach it. Push the axle into the wheel. Push the axle onto the rack. Since it was new, it didn't slip right on, and had to push it hard. (However, when it snapped on, three of the other wheels and axles came off.) Had to put them back on as well. Much easier, as they were older and not as snug. Total time: Took longer to open the package than put it on.

Upper and lower racks had badly rusted.
I watched the YouTube video about removing the end tabs on the upper rack then simply removed them with a flat head screw driver. Then, after replacing the rack, I re-inserted the tabs using the screw driver. as shown in the video. There's really nothing to it after watching the video, which is about 2 minutes long.

The coating on the lower rack was showing signs of wear and several end caps had worn away..
The part arrived in three days and matched perfectly. All I had to do was take out the old rack and set the new one on the track and close the door. We recently sold our house and want to leave everything clean and in good shape just as we would expect it to be. I wish replacing all parts was this easy. Bonnie Stanley

Our old racks were getting rusty and breaking off.
We did not want to spend money for a new dishwasher when the motor is doing just fine. So we went to our local Sears store and were told it would be $200.00 plus tax and it would be 7-10 days for shipping. So we went to partselect.com and ordered an upper and lower dishrack. It was here in 2 days and we paid about $175.00. They were really easy to replace and are working just fine.

upper dishrack needed replacement
In order to replace the upper dishwasher rack I needed to remove the end stoppers on the sliders. They were difficult to remove and one of them broke. I then ordered new end pieces. The new ones had been redesigned and were very easy to insert. If you need to replace the upper rack be certain to order new endpieces along with the order for a new rack. They are quite inexpensive.

Dishracks worn, needed replacement.
The upper rack fit, but the rack differed from the original to the extent that glasses that normally could be washed on the upper rack no longer fit, and the inverted upper rack "funnel" is further from the water stream nozzle reducing the effectiveness of cleaning on the upper rack. The rack rests significantly higher in the machine than the original.
