Spray arm melted
It was a snap. Just pulled the spray arm out, un-snapped it from its holder, snapped the new one in and inserted it back into the dishwasher. Saved $$$ doing it myself.

Water was leaking through the heating element Accra point.
Isolated the leak and found the nut had split thereby allowing a loose seal and water penetration. Ordered 2 nuts just in case the other goes and the installation was easy. Unplug the unit, remove baseplate, remove screws under the countertop, and slide the unit out a bit. Use needlenode pliers to remove terminal connection and replaced nut. Reverse it for assembly. 3 minutes tops $6 later it is done. Easy money saved by a DIY.

The dishwasher wasn't cleaning the dishes
I rolled the lower basket out of the way, lifted the spray arm up and out. Then I located the replacement part on Frigidaire's website and placed the order. The part came quickly and I snapped it into place. No tools required. Now my wife is happy and so am I.

Spray arm came off and melted in dishwasher.
Found the base was not snapped in. Fixed that by simply pushing down on it and turning until it snapped in place. Ordered a new spray arm when it came in just snapped in literally took less than a minute. Fixed for less than $30 Can't imagine what a repairman would have charged.

Lower Spray Arm melted into two pieces
Customer Service Rep by day, Super Mom by night. I literally have 5 minutes when I get home before I have to take my son to football. I was not only able to use the bathroom but repair my dishwasher in that amount of time. It couldn't have been easier, opening the package took longer. Note: replacement arm looked slightly different than the original. All you had to do was to spread the side clips and snap into place. I had my dishwasher running as I was running out the door. Now I bet if I had a service person come to fix it, it would have cost me!

Bottom Spray Arm Did not Turn
The bottom spray arm would not turn or fall off the stem assembly, so the dishes would not come clean like usual. The spray arm connects to the stem assembly via two plastic prongs that secure the spray arm. I removed the spray arm from the socket (no tool required) and observed the prongs had worn completely away. I grabbed the power screw driver and removed the assembly (3 screws). I placed the new assembly in place, secured the screws, and attached the spray arm. Finished.
