Why is it not removing water from the air
For model number FFAD5000T1
Hi Sandra,
Thank you for your question. If your dehumidifier is not taking water from the air, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the capacitor, the overload, the fan motor and the electronic control board. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts.
