Broken knobs on the drop in range top.
My son that is now in the Army National Guard was rather rough on the knobs for the range. Instead of pushing down and then turning, he would just turn the knobs and broke three of them. I only had one left that would operate all of the burners. I searched all over the local area and could not find any replacements for them. I went to the internet and found your site and the exact knobs I needed to replace the broken ones with. I received the new knobs in the mail and then put them on the range. It is nice to have knobs that actually work and it makes cooking much easier.

Control know for one burner and fan broke.
Supper easy to replace. Biggest thing is that knobs are not well made and break easily. Better buys some extras.

cracked knob on stovetop
the cracked knob left the round piece of metal that is part of the knob inside the stovetop, preventing the new knob from being installed at the right height. We were able to remove the metal piece and place the new knob on at the correct height. We were very pleased at how fast the part was received.

One burner not lighting, but has spark
Electrode ceramic was chipped. Spark was not coming to the top of the electrode, and stove would not light. Remove two burner screws. These are "baked" on...so use some liquid wrench first if you have it. Don't strip the head, or you'll have a mess. Remove burner, unplug electrode, remove electrode screw, replace electrode. Reverse process and you're good to go!

igniter would spark, but not light flame
Installed new igniter, but would still not light flame. Determined it was a design flaw. On our range, the 2 right hand burners have "lift-off tops" that are farther away vertically from the igniter than the smaller left hand burners. I placed asmall nut from a nut-bolt assembly on top of the igniter, and now the igniter sparks higher to the "lift-off top" and the flame ignites everytime. Without that added heigt, the igniter just sparks uselessly around the base of the burner. There should be a higher igniter designed for the higher distance between the igniter and that removable top. Good luck with your own modification.
