burner was broken
took it out of the packing material, wiped it off and plugged it into the cooktop. Works like a champ, needed no tools. My order was processed and sent out promptly, and arrived quickly. Thank you very much.

Top element not heating
Ordered wrong part at first caused me to blow out two elements. With the help of PartSelect I was able to get the right surface block terminal and replaced both of them, then found out I had a bad switch, they got the switch within 2 days I had my stove working good again. Thanks to PartSelect. Also watched the video which was very helpful ML

The indicator light on our stovetop went out
I knew a service call would be very expensive and I decided to look and see how hard it would be for us to try to fix it. It looked pretty easy so I went online to look for the part. Since the stove has some age on it I expected it to be hard to find. However, Parts Select had the one I needed. It arrived in a timely manner and we were able to put the part in ourselves. Thank you, PartSelect!
