removed motor, saw that stablizers were broke and went to a local parts supply shop called SUNDBERG and was given a price of about 49.00 for three stablizers. at that point i went to the internet and found PARTSELECT.COM were i found the same parts for a fraction of the price,17.00, i could not believe it! SUNDBERG customer service was horrible.PARTSELECT custormer service is great and was just over the internet, any how the repair is done no more loud noise and wife is happy again ,for awhile.thanks keep up the good work.i tell everybody about you guys.

Nasty, clogged, old grease filter
I carefully removed the disgusting old filter and took straight to trash. I then used my wet/dry vacuum to clean the rest of the loose debris from the area where the filter area is located. I used a clean, dry cloth to wipe the remainder of the material away and then carefully lowered the clean new filter down into it's new home. So easy, it took longer to type out these directions :)

air grill was broken
threw away the old one and put in the new one, but the reason that i wanted to respond is this website is incredible. its easy to use, very well designed, has reasonable prices, and the part arrived in two days. it took me a total of 20 minutes to find the right part on the website, order it, and install it. i will never go to a retail store for replacement parts again!

Needed new grease filter
The old grease filter was removed and the entire downdraft was cleaned. The new filter was slipped in. It is so nice to have the old one out. I am so appreciative of finding this part. :-)

The dual surface burner would come on and go off intermittently when the switch was turned to off.
Thanks to the highest rated user comment and following his instructions the switch exchange was easy. The supplied instructions were of little to no help and confusing. The hardest part was getting to the two side top Phillips screws because the granite counter top was in the way necessitating raising the stove till the screw heads were exposed. Once raised the front cover was easily removed after undoing six screws. The cook top did not need to be removed. Either of the supplied wires would work and only one of the two was needed. The replacement switch performed far better than the original.

The front left side burner was broken.
We lifted the glass top, uninstalled the old burner and installed the new burner in it's place. It worked right away - and is still working. No other tricks the new burner was a perfect fit.
