I pulled the old one out and installed the new one. Never broke a sweat.

failed heating element
Took out of package and plugged in. turned on. It took 5 minutes.

bearing went out in blower motor
removed old motor from cooktop & motor housing & replaced w/ new motor & parts to install same. parts needed where screws & isolators (3).All went ok
