Gas range igniter was making a clicking sound every 3 to 5 minutes, as if it was trying to ignite one of the burners.
Unplug the range from its wall socket to avoid electric shock. The various range parts that support a pot or frypan are easily lifted off their perches, exposing the small white igniter. The only moderately difficult aspect is wiggling the igniter out of its retainer. The electric wire leading into it then can be pulled out and fed into the new igniter with a push. Replace igniter in its retainer, then replace the range parts you removed to expose the igniter and plug the range back into the wall socket. Piece of cake.

One control knob igniter switch not working.
First take picture of cooktop. Go below cooktop and unplug electrical and turn off gas valve. Set burner greats aside along with bummer caps. Pull control knobs straight up and off, and set aside. Use 15 torque driver and remove two torque screws from each burner bases. Pull each white igniter up while holding the burner base in place. There is a wire attached to each igniter, separate the wire from the igniter and set aside. Once all igniters are removed, carefully remove all burner bases and set aside. Now lift top cover off. As you’re lifting the cover careful of the igniter wires. Now take another picture to refer to when installing new igniter harness. Notice where the harness plugs in and use pliers to remove the two plug connections from the igniter module. Then remove the rest of the harness from the top of the gas valves. Vacuum debris and clean up tray. Your last photo will be handy, refer to when installing igniter harness. Orient. All burner igniter switches the same on each gas valve. Check for wire clearance on wire harness. Reinstall top, guide igniter wires up through top, relocate burner bases in correct locations. Start all torque screws, leave loose until all igniters are reconnected and placed back down in there holes. Then tighten all torque screws. Reinstall burner caps, control knobs, and greats.
Go underneath and plug in power cord and turn gas valve on. Check all burners for correct operation.

It's a very simple repair all you do is unplug the stove top remove the burners tops lifting them straight off you'll find two screws on each of them unscrew the two screws lift them off and set them aside you should find gaskets under each one of them ours was not in very good shape at all most were missing lift the top off of the stove top you'll find the wires with a white I believe one was rectangle and the rest were square pieces just pull them straight up you have to give them a little bit of strength to get them off on our stovetop that were five on one wire 1 to the next of a night so on at the end there are two plugs unplug them pull the one straight up you might need a needle-nose plier and the other one is connected to another wire you just pull them apart hands on each one have the new set ready in the center of each of the square white pieces you may have to turn the little piece in the center to line it up with the flat part push them down they will seat firmly put the top back down screw the burners back in place put the burner caps back on plug the stovetop back in and turn it on.

We bought a new G.E. Stainless cooktop from Home Depot on Clearance with the Head Burner D missing.
As soon as we got home we looked up your website to order a new Head Burner D.

The new cooktop was going to be used on a center Island and I could not figure out a way to vent the cooktop, so I took it back to Home Depot for a refund, and I returned the head burner D back to you.

I do appreciate your service very much, and I am sure that we will have the opportunity to do business again.

Thank you,

James Foster
