Old knob cracked and needed to be replaced
I feel very silly doing this. I'm 76 year old female and always, well most always did home my own home repair. This was a no brainer, a 4 year old child could do it......I just had to find the right replacement knob, order it and when it arrived I put it in the place where the first one was missing. :-) Just trying to be silly here....he he

LOVE this stovetop and want to keep it as it works beautifully!
The main issue was getting actual knobs for a cooktop that is well over 21 years old. Clearly I am the first to really cook on it!
These are the proper fit. Two were broken. Easy to simply lineup and push down to install.
The main point I would like to make is the Wonderful Woman who took my call and basically searched for the knobs. Thank you Thankyou!

The agitator was not spinning.
I took a straight screwdriver and popped off the cap on top of agitator. Then used a ratchet with an extender and loosened and took out the bolt in the agitator. Then pulled the agitator straight up and inserted the new one.

Would not agitate
Plastic "teeth" at top of agitator were completely worn off, allowing the agitator to spin freely on the shaft. Just remove the bolt that connects the agitator to the drive shaft (located under the top cap of the agitator), remove and replace agitator and you're all set.
