Product Description

This is a genuine OEM drain pump for your washing machine. The drain pump is located at the bottom of the washer and is used to drain the water used to wash your laundry. If your washer is leaking or not draining you may need to replace the drain pump. Other signs you may need to replace this part if it is excessively noisy or if it pumps but will not spin. The pump runs continuously. Someone told me that the pump has a sensor on it to tell it when it runs out of water and should stop pumping. Should I order a new pump for it?

Hi Travis, thank you for reaching out. The problem seems to be with the Water Level Switch and you may need to replace it, the part number is FIX11754877. If that does not take care of the issue, we would suggest checking the Drain Pump, part number FIX11756700. We hope this solves your problem!
