The pump runs continuously. Someone told me that the pump has a sensor on it to tell it when it runs out of water and should stop pumping. Should I order a new pump for it?

Hi Travis, thank you for reaching out. The problem seems to be with the Water Level Switch and you may need to replace it, the part number is FIX11754877. If that does not take care of the issue, we would suggest checking the Drain Pump, part number FIX11756700. We hope this solves your problem!

Open the back panel drain the remaining water, pull out the old pump unplug it install the new pump plug it back in close the back panel. done
