Agitator not working correctly and leaking from somewhere underneath.
I watched the videos before I ordered the part and when the order arrived I replaced the parts with no problems. The most time consuming part of the job was cleaning the washer. You will be surprised to find what will accumulate down there after years of service. The order came in in record time so this site gets an A+ for being fast and accurate. No back-orders either. I will surely use for any-other parts I need in the future.

I followed all instructio.
Followed all instructions but when it came.time to remove the pump it wouldn't come off as easy as the video, which I that was due to the rust. Once it was pried off i cleaned it good and found it would not slide on as easy either, I had to use a block of wood and a hammer to litely tap it onto the shaft so I should not crack the plastic housing. It took 4 hours to replace this item, 2 to get off priying it, 2 litely tapping it on..

Pump leaked and needed replaced. Also replaced a rusted spring-unrelated to the pump.
Removed washer shell. Propped washer front on 10 in 2x4 stilts. Unclipped the two clamps that hold the pump. Attempted to remove pump. Unsuccessful. Loosened the clamps that hold the motor and removed the motor. Still unable to remove pump from motor because they are rusted together. Happened to have a spare motor. When the new parts came in the mail, I put the replacement motor in the same way the old one came out. In error, I had purchased only one rubeer grommet, so I reused the four old ones. Clamped tge motor in place, Attached the new pump, Reattached the hoses to the pump, Reconnected the electric to the motor, Took out the stilts, Replaced the shell, Reattached the panel, Plugged it in, And started it up. Ready to do two weeks worth of laundry....

Had to unhook and move dryer out of way. Then unhook washer and move so I could tip it over onto its back.Removed retainers and pump, unhooked hoses.Installed new pump then put everything back place. Probably done in less than an hour.Biggest part of job was moving machines .
