broken knob
ordered an overpriced piece of plastic, paid too much for shipping, waited too long to receive piece of molded plastic, received piece of molded plastic in an oversized box, opened box and put knob on front of washer.

broken selector knob and door handle
Door handle would be easy as pie, but the screws are diamond bit, which makes the installation a little more challenging, I got a friend to install. You just have to have proper tools. The selector knob was pretty easy, a little challenging at first. When You get it in a position of 12:00, You have to push it in pretty hard, I was Afraid it would break, but hey, it didn't. Customer Service, Awesome, The Best on the Planet! Parts are much less!
