The timer stopped/started and was not operating properly.
I did not discover the repair video right away, so I did it my way. Removed the screws from back of console and rolled the cover forward to expose the timer. Replaced the timer and put things back together. Tested the appliance and found I had not solved the problem. I then called and was told that the lid switch might be the cause. Ordered the lid switch, replaced it in 30 minutes or so following the video and, voila, problem solved. I could not be more pleased. Sent the timer back and received refund. Parts delivery was excellent. Couldn't be more pleased with entire experience. Will use again in the future.
